KeyTasks / Responsibilities

• Building a comprehensive security program that includes physical safety and Cybersecurity policies.
• Reviewing existing security measures and updating protocols as needed.
• Overseeing the daily operations of the company to identify potential security risks and room for improvements.
• Fostering a culture of physical and digital security awareness by conducting training sessions and communicating with personnel.
• Managing, evaluating, and resolving any physical or digital security incidents or breaches.
• Ensuring that the company's security policies comply with federal laws and legislation's.
• Presenting risk assessments and improved security policies to management team members.
• Working with management to develop and implement an appropriate budget for security programs.
• Perform other task(s) as assigned.

Competency & Technical Skill Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Safety Management or a similar field.
• At least 3 years experience working as a security manager.
• Excellent knowledge of state and federal information security laws.
• Proven proficiency in developing physical and digital security protocols and procedures.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional managerial skills and the ability to lead a team.
• Proficiency in information management systems and knowledge of Cybersecurity.
• Ability to research and stay up to date with security trends, as well as changing government and state laws.

Note: That the location of the job position is at Shagamu where our second office is at, but Interviews will be held in Lagos.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip.
• Purchase fuel and obtain receipts.
• Assist with loading and offloading of luggage.
• Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up to date on road conditions.
• Adjust route to avoid heavy traffic or road construction, as needed.
• Answer questions about the area and local places of interest.
• Ensure car seats are clean and comfortable for all riders.
• Schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues.
• Book car wash and detailing services to maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the car
• Report road incidents to the management.
• Follow traffic laws.
• Follow accident procedures.
• Ensuring that safety policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Report any issue that arises in respect of the vehicle to the management.

Competency & Technical Skill Requirements

• Proven experience as a Driver.
• A Valid Driver’s License (Class D).
• A clean driving record.
• Familiarity with GPS devices.
• Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods.
• Availability and professional disposition.
• Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g at rush hour)
