    Heavy Duty Mechanic - Plant

    Job Description

    • We are seeking to hire skilled Heavy-Duty Mechanics to join our plant maintenance team. He will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mobile heavy-duty construction equipment used on-site.

    Key Responsibilities
    Equipment Maintenance & Repair

    • Diagnose, adjust, and repair engines, hydraulics, transmissions, and undercarriages on mobile heavy-duty equipment.
    • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on construction machinery, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
    • Repair and service machinery from brands such as CAT, Volvo, JCB, KOMASTU, and DYNAPAC.
    • Update maintenance logs and equipment records to keep the team informed of all service activities.
    • Work closely with other maintenance team members to prioritize repairs and manage workflows.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
    • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in heavy-duty equipment maintenance, specifically with brands such as CAT, Volvo, JCB, KOMASTU, and DYNAPAC.
    • Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems on heavy-duty equipment.

    Transport Equipment Foreman - Plant

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking to hire an experienced Transport Equipment Foreman to lead and oversee the maintenance and repair of mobile heavy-duty equipment used both in construction and on-road.
    • The foreman will also lead a team of three mechanics, ensuring high standards of safety, efficiency, and operational readiness.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Diagnose, repair, and maintain a fleet of heavy-duty transport equipment.
    • Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues on construction and road vehicles.
    • Oversee and guide a team of mechanics, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality repair standards.

    Heavy Duty Electrician

    Summary

    • We are looking for a heavy-duty electrician who will be in charge of repairing, troubleshoot and knows electrical work.

    Duties and Responsibilities
    The heavy-duty Electrician will be in charge of the following:

    • To repair, troubleshoot and have vast experience in electrical work
    • Ability to diagnose electrical machinery faults through different means.
    • Should be able to read electrical map/wire diagram for mobile heavy-duty equipment used in construction, brands: CAT, VOLVO, JCB, KOMASTU, DYNAPAC.

    Plant Clerks

    Job Description

    • We are urgently need to recruit twelve (12) Plant Clerks for sites employment who will be responsible for the Preparation of sites plant and equipment reports, as well as, assisting the Site supervisor.

    Job Roles/Responsibilities

    • Compilation of daily plant list.
    • Preparation of daily breakdown report.
    • Compilation of daily site data report
    • Generate equipment status notification.
    • Prepare store request.
    • Prepare transfer forms.
    • Any other duty or responsibility assigned.

    Education & Experience

    • HND in Engineering or a related field.
    • 2 - 3 years working experience as a plant clerk in a construction company with experience in Generating plant and equipment reports.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
