    General Manager

    • The ideal candidate will take ownership of the business operations, build robust logistical systems, optimize profitability, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious corporate objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Executive Leadership: Supervise and provide strategic direction to department heads across Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Administration.
    • Revenue & Commercial Growth: Drive robust revenue generation, ensure the achievement of aggressive sales targets, and spearhead market expansion initiatives.
    • Operational Excellence: Monitor day-to-day operational efficiency, ensuring optimal resource utilization and addressing operational bottlenecks with systemic solutions.
    • Financial Oversight: Review financial performance, manage budgets, implement cost-control measures, and ensure accurate corporate reporting.
    • Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and sustain high-value relationships with key industry stakeholders, partners, and major clients.
    • Compliance & Systems: Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, safety standards, and corporate policies while building scalable operational structures.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field. (An MBA or relevant professional certification is highly preferred).
    • Experience: Minimum of 8–12 years of relevant experience in operations, business management, or sales, with substantial exposure to the oil & gas or logistics sector.
    • Commercial Acumen: Proven track record of driving business growth, strong financial literacy, and exceptional marketing and business development skills.
    • Leadership Capabilities: Experience managing large teams and multi-department operations, with a strong focus on team and staff development.
    • Core Competencies: High level of integrity, strategic problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the capacity to execute strategy with minimal supervision.

    Sales Executive

    Key Responsibilities

    • Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the downstream oil and gas market.
    • Sales Execution: Drive the sales of core petroleum products (AGO, PMS, DPK, LPG) to meet and consistently exceed revenue targets.
    • Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation and prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
    • Client Relations: Build, cultivate, and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and key industry stakeholders.
    • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activities to inform proactive sales strategies.
    • Operational Synergy: Coordinate closely with logistics and operations teams to guarantee seamless, on-time product delivery.
    • Administration: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, ensure prompt invoicing, and follow up aggressively on payments.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the oil and gas or a closely related industry.
    • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding B2B sales targets.
    • Solid understanding of the Nigerian downstream oil and gas sector.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and high-level interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard CRM tools.
    • High level of integrity, ability to work under pressure, and a strong result-oriented mindset.
    • Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near Victoria Island, Lagos.
