    General Manager, Security Operations

    Job Description

    • The General Manager, Security Operations, will lead and oversee all security functions within the organization, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives. 
    • This role requires a high level of expertise in security management, operational oversight, and team leadership to safeguard assets, personnel, and business operations.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement security strategies, policies, and procedures.
    • Oversee daily security operations across multiple sites.
    • Manage security risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Lead crisis management efforts and coordinate emergency response plans.
    • Build and maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies.
    • Supervise and mentor security teams, ensuring high-performance standards.
    • Manage security budgets and resource allocation for optimal efficiency.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminology, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.
    • Minimum of 15 years of experience in security operations, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
    • Proven track record in strategic security planning and risk management.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
    • Experience liaising with government security agencies and industry regulators.

    Installation Technicians (Security Systems Installation & Support)

    Job Description

    • The Installation Technician will execute the physical installation, maintenance, and technical support of security systems, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Install security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
    • Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues.
    • Provide on-site technical support and user training.
    • Work with engineers and security teams to ensure system effectiveness.
    • Maintain detailed records of installations and maintenance activities.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of an HND / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
    • At least 3 years of experience in security system installation.
    • Technical proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting security devices.
    • Ability to work at heights and handle physical installations.
    • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
