Job Purpose:

Installation, setup, maintenance, repair and handling of hollow glass machines, Individual Section Machine (I.S machines).

Responsibilities:

• Carry out preventive/routine maintenance in accordance with the laid down schedule of Individual Section (I.S.) machine to ensure smooth operation.
• Supervise job change activities as related to Individual Section (I.S.) department to ensure undue loss of production time.
• Carry out necessary repairs of Individual Section (I.S.) machines to meet production demand.
• Complete checklist report and monitor performance indicators.
• Re-build I.S. machines, service the stackers and repair feeder mechanisms.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering, Glass Technology or any other related field.
• 1-3 years working experience
• Knowledge of Individual Section (I.S.) machine operation
• Good troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze faults on bottle making machines
• Good knowledge of pneumatic machines
• Knowledge of repair of heavy-duty engines
• Use of Microsoft offices – MS Excel, MS Words and Power Point

Job Purpose:

To ensure constant repair and maintenance of all equipment and machines for effective production.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for mechanical maintenance activities of Cullet Washing Plant I and II
• Responsible for mechanical maintenance activities of the Sand Plant.
• Responsible for the mechanical maintenance activities of Batch and Furnace.
• Plan and organise daily job activities applicable to 4 plants, to ensure machine availability.
• Delegate, supervise and check up all maintenance activities performed by subordinates.
• Keep records of job done, and put up requirements of spares needed.
• Enforce a checklist for equipment items in 4 plants to ensure minimum downtime.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 1- 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Good communication oral/written and report writing skills
• Ability to use Microsoft Suites - excel, words and power point
• Expert in machine installation and maintenance

Job purpose

Responsible for performing and coordinating the activities of the Plant maintenance, erection, commissioning and improvements related to Cold End Maintenance works.  

Responsibilities

• Assign, direct and inspect the work of employees involved in the design, installation, repair and servicing of industrial electrical equipment.
• Maintain productivity, quality and cost-effective operation to improve production efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance and equipment supply at the Cold End area; and maintain permissible stock to avoid breakdown delays due to lack of spare.
• Maintain the Quality Inspection machine with proper calibration & validation
• Maintain all Cold End equipment with proper PMS & less down time.
• Maintainenance of records (PMS, ISO documents etc.,) to be prepared on time timely.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering, or any other related fields
• 4-6 years’ experience in a similar role
• Use of Microsoft offices - Excel, Words and PowerPoint
• Good report writing skills, communication skills - oral and written
• Knowledge of Sensor, Control Valve, PLC, SCADA, Drives
• Knowledge of Std. engineering Practices and trouble Shooting ability
• Knowledge of Inspection machine setting and maintenance, Palletiser, packing machine maintenance
