Job Summary

• The Procurement Officer will be responsible for managing the company’s supply chain operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of Operation needswhile maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and transparency.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, source, and procure IT equipment, office supplies, and services in line with company needs.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, prices, and terms.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders, monitor delivery timelines, and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and inventory levels.
• Liaise with internal departments to forecast procurement needs and avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field with 2–4 years of proven experience in procurement, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
