    Operator, Utilities

    Responsibilities

    • Operation and maintenance of utility equipment.
    • Preventive Maintenance Of Utility Equipment e.g. Chiller, AHU, Air Compressors, VAM, etc.
    • Record keeping
    • Housekeeping - 5S
    • Uses control panels and surveillance systems to detect and monitor malfunctions in utility systems.
    • When a malfunction is detected, inspects affected systems and areas.
    • Diagnoses and corrects utility problems when possible; contacts outside contractors to repair utility problems when necessary.

    Requirements

    • Must have 6 - 10 years of experience
    • Experience operating and maintaining Chiller, AHU, Air Compressors, VAM, Steam Turbines, boilers, compressors, CLS and RO systems, pumps and associated mechanical equipment a plus.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Job Summary

    • As Account Executive, you will be a key member of the finance team, responsible for analyzing and managing cost-related activities, financial planning, and providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.
    • Your role will encompass overseeing financial transactions, analyzing costs, budget preparation, and assisting in the implementation and maintenance of financial systems.

    • Inventory Matching and Valuation: Oversee inventory accounting, matching purchase orders with receipts, and ensuring accurate valuation.
    • Training, Supporting, and Guiding the Team: Provide training and support to team members on ERP and accounting-related matters, fostering a knowledgeable and efficient team.
    • External & Internal Audit Support: Collaborate with auditors during external and internal audits, providing necessary documentation and support.

    Requirements
