Job Description

• Responsible for implementing, directing and overseeing the auditing and compliance programs.
• Conducts and directs audits and ongoing reviews of organization controls, operating procedures, and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Reviews and appraises the soundness, effectiveness, and proper application of accounting and financial controls, compliance procedures and controls and timeliness of documentation generation.
• Assesses the adequacy and extent of programs designed to safeguard organization assets.
• Compiles and issues reports detailing conclusions and providing recommendations for improvements. Directs and appraises the activities of audit and compliance personnel.
• Recommends employee training and modifications to procedures as needed. Serves as
• Liaison for all external audit and regulatory agencies.

Job Requirements

• B.Sc.in Business Administration or other related field
• 3-5 years working experience as an Internal Control Officer
• Good knowledge of Internal control systems
• Candidate must be have previous experience in any manufacturing firm preferably from bottling industries.

• Job Summary
  The inventory auditor is to make sure that entries in the database match that of the actual physical count and ensure discrepancies are reported.

• Auditing incoming and outgoing product count to ensure that order is complete and accounted for in the inventory system.
• Monitoring Inventory movement.
• Auditing incoming products.
• Performing inventory count.
• Correcting errors in inventory counts.
• Identify discrepancies found in reports and correct the entries that follow.
• Analyze internal inventory procedures then provide solutions that are cost effective.
• Review inventory stock transactions so as to find out whether the information received are accurate or not

Requirements

To qualify, candidates must possess the following;

• B.Sc.in Business Administration or other related field
• 3-5 years working experience as a Store Auditor
• Good knowledge of material and inventory control
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency especially in Excel (A must)
• Candidate must be have previous experience in any manufacturing firm preferably from bottling industries
