    VP, Product Management

    Job Profile:

    • The VP, Product Management takes a lead role in defining the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, define software requirements in the form of user stories, whilst managing key stakeholders across development, sales & marketing.
    • The ideal candidate will also be responsible for recruiting and developing highperforming teams, leading, and growing the product management team towards high performance, quality & excellence.
    • As the VP, Product Management, your job responsibilities include the following:
    • Oversee all aspects of product life cycle management from conceptualization, design, prototyping, development, testing, business, support to product launch.
    • Oversee user experience research to test and specify market requirements for current and future products.
    • Coordination of all product management activities across board, working closely with cross functional teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
    • Identify and meticulously track key success metrics for all product features.
    • Identify and prioritize various growth levers, including: developing new features, optimizing existing features, experimentation to drive acquisition/retention.
    • Lead, manage & develop a team of product managers and designers to drive capabilities, create development and career plans and stimulate a culture of high performance.
    • Drive product launch alongside the marketing and sales team.
    • Working cross-functionally with design and technology teams to ensure timely release of product features and enhancements that meet the set quality standards.
    • Manage client and competitor market research, develop product innovation roadmap, and address fundamental trials of product commoditization to create an advanced set of solutions.
    • Create product requirements document for new product initiatives or product enhancements that enable business growth.
    • Develop Product roadmaps and prioritize features, communicate prioritization choices to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Analyze risk - product, market and customer risk, and develop mitigation plans.

    • You have an in-depth knowledge in project management, payment switching & processes, process engineering, scrum, software development & IT operations (DevOps), software requirements analysis, and service delivery.
    • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing product management teams.
    • You have a strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to build rapport across various stakeholders including the team, clients, partners, investors, and executive leadership.
    • You are creative and intuitive with an eye for detail.
    • You have problem-solving skills with a view to continuous improvement & automation.
    • You have a strong locus of control; you take extreme ownership over results.
    • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills; ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse audiences and through all levels of the company.

    • B.Sc/B.Eng in Engineering, Computer Science, or any related subject areas. A master’s degree is preferred.
    • Experience working in the Fintech industry will be an advantage.

    • 10 years related work experience including experience in one or more of the following areas: Management Consulting, Banking, Fintech, and Technology with 4 years in Leadership capacity.

    Application Administrator/FEP Support Engineer

    Job Profile:

    • We seek an innovative, self-driven and ambitious Application Administrator/SI Engineer to join our Technical Operations team.  
    • As an Application Administrator/Systems Integrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our organization's systems, applications, and infrastructure.
    • The ideal candidate should have a solid technical background, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to system administration.
    • As an Application Administrator/Systems Integration Engineer, your job responsibilities include the following:
    • Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and software applications to ensure optimal performance and availability.
    • Monitor and troubleshoot system and application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
    • Quickly resolve system failures and troubleshoot live support tickets.
    • Occasional visit to the customer's premise to resolve technical issues and set up integration of new services with the bank's CBA/FEP (Knowledge of ISO 8583 is an advantage)
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of systems and applications.
    • Stay up to date with the latest blockchain technologies, trends, and best practices. 
    • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, assisting with troubleshooting and issues resolution.
    • Participate in IT projects, contributing to planning, implementation, and post-project evaluation.
    • A continuous improvement mindset, staying up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

    Requirements

    • Experience with any of these scripting languages (PowerShell, Golang, Python).
    • Docker Experience for local development, building and securing containers.
    • Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus/Grafana, Datadog and log management solutions like ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana)
    • 3+ years’ experience as a Systems Administrator, Application Support or similar role with solid experience and practical understanding of networking protocols, services, and infrastructure components.
    • Proven skills with Linux or UNIX systems and related protocols/software with 3+ years’ experience.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
    • Hands-on experience in working with production environments with zero tolerance for any errors.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

    • B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or closely related field. 
    • Have experience provisioning, managing, and trouble-shooting private cloud solutions such as OpenStack, docker swarm and Kubernetes.
    • > 3 years related work experience in an Application Administrator/Systems Integrator role.
    • Have experience with Hyperledger tools and projects such as Besu and Fabric.
