JOB ROLE

FULLTIME PHARMACIST needed in Alpha Pharmacy ltd with a minimum of one year experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Compounding and dispensing medications, as prescribed by physicians.
• Providing patients with pharmaceutical information, health advice and explanation on the proper use of medications
• Monitoring customers’ drug therapies, advising interventions, and informing customers of any potential side effects.
• Instructing customers on how and when to take prescribed medications.
• Conducting health and wellness screenings.
• Taking blood pressure, temperature measurements and checking blood sugar levels of clients when required.

JOB ROLE.

A Junior Accountant needed, the successful candidate will be reporting the Chief Finance Officer for the accounts department.

JOB REQUIREMENT

•  Develop an understanding of branch financial operations through regular interaction to be able to reconcile the financial performance and identify anomalies.
• Review online bank statements daily, perform bank reconciliations, liaise with customers and vendors to confirm details of payments/cash received against backup documentation.
• Record and report any anomalies, unexplained transactions to the branch head.
• Monthly review of trial balance from both retail and whole files.
• Confirm balances and movements, review accruals/provision accounts every month with the branches.
• Ensure authorizations are completed on all transactions.
•  A detailed review of individual branches’ ledger balances to identify inventory purchase and settle payment as at when due.
