Work closely with the business development team in sourcing for leads
Analyze RFQs, RFPs and RFIs to create proposal outlines and development plans
Prepare detailed proposal plans, schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices for all phases of proposal development.
Develop winning themes, value propositions, strengths, risk reducers, and differentiated solutions to initial proposal outline
Work closely with engineering, procurement & program management to complete the formulation of “win strategies and themes” (taking into account strategic relationships, competitor intelligence, etc.) and ensure the message is articulated throughout the proposal
To study ITT documents and have a thorough understanding of the ITT requirements from the invitation documents.
Compilation of existing documents as requested from the ITT documents, creation of requested documents, packaging, and final submission of the proposal.
Compilation and classification of Input from company departments and subcontractors.
Carry out Facility Inspection, gather required data, and enter information into the FIDS
Facilitate multi-disciplined groups in brainstorming and developing solutions to key aspects of the proposal providing tactical advice and guidance with the ability to drive strategy and solutions that result in winning submissions.
Monitor proposal content to ensure compliance to RFP requirements, evaluation criteria, and technical requirements
Monitor for relevant competitive procurement opportunities, managing the bid opportunities pipeline and circulating opportunities to the appropriate stakeholders
Updating of the contact and tracking sheet and the Bid Board as the submission is closed.
Follow up with the client contact person on the submitted proposal either through e-mail or phone call till confirmation of contract award and signing off contract documents.
Liaise with company departments on contract award and transition plan including Operations, QAHSES, Credit Control, HR, Contracts & procurement, and a transition manager from the Technical department.
Execute other assignments as directed by the Head, Bids and Proposals
Qualifications
First degree in Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or any other related discipline
Minimum of 2 cognate years' experience in preparing bids, contracts, and proposals
Real estate experience is required
Proven ability to work across organizations with effective communication, leadership, and project management skills
Ability to work in a deadline-conscious, results-driven environment
Manage all communication with employees before and after conferences and finalize all deals in the company.
Manage the day-to-day activities of the assigned floor in a professional way and with high availability.
Monitor the visitor’s registration as they visit the facility
Investigate all issues on the floor and assist in resolving all issues that may arise for the management team and working staff.
Analyze and identify growth for all projects at workstations and ensure high-quality service.
Check in and keep personal belongings and luggage for visitors or business travelers.
Ensure the health and environmental supervision and security management of the responsible area
Assist with staff queries both in person, by email, or via telephone alterations to reservations, etc
Conduct regular floor walks to ensure brand standards are maintained at all times in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and replenishment
Solely responsible for receiving express and documents.
Complete the daily work log and complete the assigned tasks.
Monitor work and maintain an efficient rapport between floor employees and the directors’ board.
Assist in receiving and introducing important customer meetings on the floor.
Receive all kinds of complaints and send the complaint summary to the department.
Inspect all assigned rooms for cleanliness and repair works
Execute other duties as directed by the Facility Manager
Qualifications
First degree from any reputable institution
Minimum of 4 years of experience working in a client-facing role.
Experience working in a hospitality industry
Candidate must be able to communicate fluently in Chinese
Have a good professional image and temperament, and understand basic reception etiquette.
Be familiar with the work processes related to administration and office management, and have good communication, coordination, and organization skills.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office application
Good customer service skills
Proactiveness in resolving issues
