Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (a Master’s degree is an added advantage).
• Must have 3–5 years of proven work experience in civil engineering and construction projects.
• Must be COREN registered or in the process of registration.
• Strong knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar.
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and site supervision.
• Proficient in interpreting structural and architectural drawings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and contractors on-site.
• High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and time management.

Requirements 

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc. Degree / HND in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or related fields with 1–3 years of proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
• NYSC certificate or exemption letter is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Strong sense of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Architecture from a recognized institution with 3 – 5 years post-NYSC experience in architectural design within the real estate or property development sector
• ARCON or COREN registered is an added advantage
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and other architectural visualization tools
• Strong understanding of property development processes, from concept design to construction and finishing
• Ability to prepare architectural drawings, layouts, working drawings, and presentation models
• Familiarity with real estate market trends, building regulations, and environmental standards
• Excellent design creativity, spatial planning, and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills; able to collaborate with engineers, quantity surveyors, and project managers
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within set timelines and budgets.
