    Equipment Field Sales Officer

    WINELIGHT ANALTYICAL SYSTEMS LTD an Analytical- Oil & Gas and Laboratory Equipment company established 27 years ago is currently in search of Field sales Officers who are well grounded in the marketing  field of Petroleum equipment

    Job Purpose: SALES AND CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT FOR PETROLEUM (OIL) & GAS EQUIPMENT

    HIGH POINT- APPLICANT MUST RESIDE IN PORT HARCOURT

    Background  Experience / Qualification:

    • B.SC / HND, M.SC  in Chemistry, Petroleum Chemistry, Petro-Chemical Engineering and other related field
    • 2 -3 years as Field Sales Executive in a Petroleum  / Chemical company

    Training Certificate(s)

    • Hands-on and evidence of Training on Oil & Gas equipment such as Flashpoint tester, Distillation Analyser, Vapour Analyser, Mini flashpoint Analyser (Anton Paar, Grabner etc)
    • Must be able to demonstrate oil & gas equipment trained on such as 
    • Age: 25 - 35years
    • Possess good communication skill
    • Good Relationship Management skill
    • Ability to multi- task and manage multiple priorities effectively
    • Good Customer service orientation
    • Must be Computer Literate

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Identify needs and provide consultative services for businesses and customers by combining established relationships with product, marketing and technical skills
    • Prepare sales presentations, contracts, bids and proposals to ensure successful outcome of transactions
    • Develop knowledge of multiple energy and petroleum products and apply this knowledge in all aspects of the job
    • Sales of oil field supplies, machinery, petroleum equipment, and oil well services, such as directional drilling, electrical well logging, perforating, and temperature and pressure surveying.
    • Inspects establishment premises to verify installation feasibility, and obtains building blueprints and elevator specifications to submit to engineering department for bid.
    • Demonstrates and explains use of installed equipment and production processes.
    • Attends sales and trade meetings and reads oil and gas publications to obtain current oil and gas market condition information, business trends, and industry developments
    • Contacts current and potential customers, visits establishments to evaluate needs, and promotes sale of products and services
    • Computes installation or production costs, estimates savings, and prepares and submits bid specifications to customer for review and approval
    • Recommends and sells and oil field machinery, petroleum equipment, materials, and supplies, and services utilizing knowledge of machine operations.
    • Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness and evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships (Retention)
    • Manage and handle sales enquiries, prepare and submit quotation, closing sales and provide quality supply and after sales services to customers (Tender meeting, exhibitions, seminars, workshops, trade shows, HSES/Vendors meeting, etc.)
    • Ensuring high levels of engagement and relationships with Clients, from day – to – day executive level complaints management
    • Providing feedbacks and collaboration with our Research & Development teams.
    • Develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and strategies in order to improve existing business development portfolios in the region
    • Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
    • Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization.
    • Prepares bids/tenders.
    • Prepare project budgets and manage same.
    • Carry out periodic market needs analysis and audit survey to enable management review market reaction.
    • Attend to marketing assignment, Prepare report/data for management & operational activities i.e.:

    a.            Activity report (digital diary).

    b.            WIP

    Driver

    Job Purpose: Drive with safety consciousness and Effectively manage the company’s vehicle (s) in possession

    Principal Accountabilities:

    • Work in accordance to  the itinerary of the MD
    • Drive carefully as a professional to avoid injuries and accidents to self and others.
    • Daily checking of the Vehicles / Trucks including tools, cleanliness and maintenance to ensure they are in good order before usage at all times.
    • Ensure appropriate vehicle (s) / Trucks’ particulars are renewed as at when due.
    • Ensures availability of all the required documents/supplies including vehicles / Trucks insurance, registration, logs, office directory, and map of the city/country, first aid kit, and necessary spare parts are in the assigned vehicle.
    • Maintains records for vehicles, logs, official trips, records, daily mileage, records the use of fuel vouchers, and keeps records on consumption
    • Avoid being apprehended by Traffic Officials by not violating any Traffic rule.
    • Report any challenges (s) that may arise in the course of discharging official duties to appropriate authorities in the company.
    • Collects and delivers Company’s products and maintains records of all deliveries and distributions.
    • Ensures that all required driving training is successfully completed and certifications are kept up to date
    • Exchanges relevant information and maintains an open line of communication with colleagues and his/her supervisor
    • Any other duties assigned by the MD / Human Resources & Admin. Officer

     Background  Experience / Qualification

    • Minimum of First Leaving Certificate
    • Minimum of 3 years working experience
    • Possession of Current Valid Driver’s License
    • Good interpersonal/ communication skill, cross functional teamwork
    • Ability to maintain confidentially, personal maturity.
    • Age: 30 – 42 Years

    Electrical Engineer

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Supply and installation of equipment.
    • Tests and check all equipment purchased to make sure they are in good condition before keeping them in store or delivering to customers’ site.
    • Prepare invoices and waybills for new/repaired equipment, spares, item taken out of the company premises.
    • Train end users on operations and proper handling of equipment that has been installed.
    • Prepare and ensure compliance with maintenance schedules.
    • Keep records of installations, repairs and maintenance in the appropriate files and folders.
    • Prepare a report of activities of the department and pass to the service coordinator for necessary action.
    •  And any other duties that may be assigned to me from time to time.

     Background  Experience / Qualification:

    Minimum Education: HND / B.SC Electrical/Electronics Engineering

    Professional membership:  Optional

    Minimum Relevant Experience: 3-10 years post qualification

    Age:                                    25 years and above

    Office Assistant

    • Organize MD’s office in an orderly manner attractive to the sitting Visitors

    • Minimum of SSCE. Must be able to read and write
