    Front Desk Officer

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
    • Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
    • Respond to incoming phone calls take messages and redirect calls to the appropriate offices/department
    • Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary.
    • Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets
    • Oversee sorting and distribution of incoming letters and packages.
    • Prepare outgoing letters (envelopes and packages)
    • Operate office equipment such as photocopiers, printers, etc.
    • Record meeting minutes and dictations
    • Perform inventory of office supplies and order what is needed
    • Supervise cleaner and general cleanliness of the office

    Requirements Skills and Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess a B.Sc. / HND in any discipline from a reputable institution
    • Candidate must be a Female
    • Microsoft Office proficiency (MS. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

    Project Engineer (Mechanical)

    Job Brief

    • Project Engineer (Mechanical) is required to oversee projects in Air conditioning, plumbing and fire

    Responsibilities

    • Air conditioning: Designs to include DX and chilled water system
    • Plumbing & Fire: This includes design and calculation of water supply and distribution and relevant fittings, sprinkler and other hydrant systems
    • Responsible for handling all design related activity and also project supervision, implementation and commissioning.

    Job Specification
    Education:

    • Minimum of First Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable institution or equivalent.
    • Project Management training and experience. Certification is an advantage
    • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and also other design software
    • Experience with techno commercial issues to include tendering, contract negotiation and vendor management.
    • Minimum of 10 years work experience with evidence of at least three large projects related to the above in which he played a leadership role
    • Experienced with HVAC, Plumbing and fire protection (H20 Sprinkler)

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Good communication skills both oral and written
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills
    • Demonstrate skill in the use of Microsoft office suite
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to lead a team to deliver great results

    Head of Projects (Electrical)

    Job Brief

    • The Head of Projects is to oversee all company projects (Electrical).

    Responsibilities

    • To manage the whole project life cycle of from design phase to delivery phase including, Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards.
    • To manage the project teams on what is feasible and achievable during before and during project execution
    • To analyze and create project risk mitigation plans before and during projects
    • To manage the individual projects life cycle within the defined project governance

    Requisite Qualification

    General Manager Finance

    Job Brief

    • The General Manager (Finance) Financial will be responsible for the financial health of the organization by creating accurate data analysis and advising senior management on profit-maximizing ideas to ensure long-term success.

    Responsibilities

    • Supporting Management in setting the Company's strategic plan for growth and business objectives and preparation of the Company's annual and long-term financial strategies.

      • 3 years’ experience in relevant industry/sector
    • Experience working in a global/multinational enterprise (understanding emerging markets advantageous)
    • Worked across diverse cultures and geographies
    • Experience in using analytical techniques to interpret data
    • Commercial acumen/insights
