Responsibilities

• Ride company’s motorcycle to accomplish official duties
• Responsible for picking up items and delivering them safely to customers at due time.
• Sign for the package upon collection and get the waybill/ manifest signed upon delivery.
• Report on all matters relating to assigned motorcycle to the supervisor.
• Must ensure that assigned motorcycle documents/ particulars are updated and valid.
• Must ensure that the motorcycle is always clean and neat.
• Must be fully kitted at all times.
• Must be familiar with routes in the location being assigned to.
• Responsible for carrying out the daily inspection on the general condition of the assigned motorcycle.
• Must properly lock motorcycles when there is a need to leave them unattended to.
• Responsible for internal and external goods and items distribution.
• Record information, such as items received and delivered
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes for making deliveries.

Requirements and Experience

• An SSCE, OND or NCE qualification.
• At least 1 year experience as a Dispatch Rider
• Must possess a valid Rider’s permit.
• Must have an android phone.

Required Skills:

• Must possess excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to ride motorcycle effectively and professionally.
• Must be punctual at all times.
• Must have excellent road navigation knowledge.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule.
• Must have an android phone.

Job Description

• Assist in customer visits in creating  a positive work relationships that facilitates patronage and generates revenue
• Assist in creating Sales and revenue reports from existing company systems.
• Employ knowledge of  services in providing appropriate response to client inquiries and also in assisting with the resolution of customer issues or complaints
• Review month-end invoices to ensure balanced accounts are maintained with customers
• To follow up customer’s request in online platforms like wechat, whatsapp and mails.
• Apply understanding of market trends/business practices in taking decisions necessary for enhancing the sales process
• Collect, analyze, and interpret Key accounts  records to obtain information useful in preparing reports
• Assist in identifying potential business opportunities and target market for
•  products and services
• Ensure compliance with customer service standards and proper customer relationship management
• Participate in educational workshops and conferences to expand personal network and improve on existing job knowledge.

Education Qualifications

• Fist Degree in Marketing or any other related field.
• Knowledge of excel, microsoft word and Mathematics required.  

Years of Work Experience:

• 0 - 5 years of work experience

Age Range:    

• 25-30 years.

Salary Range
N80,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
