Job Description

• Perform secretarial functions for the company.
• Ensuring proper documentation procedures prior to the deployment of operatives.
• Arrange scheduled meetings for different staffs.
• Liaising with the Head of Personnel and Admin to achieve an organized forum via established committees for resolving of all matters concerning staff / security operatives.
• Submission of a daily report of all your activities to your Head of Department.

• Candidate must have B.Sc or HND in any relevant Social Science discipline.
• Resident in Lagos.

Job Description

• Inspect work areas to detect unsafe or unhealthy working conditions.
• Inspect general work environments, machinery and equipment for conformance with manufacturers standards, laid down procedures or in response to complaints or accidents.
• Photograph work environments suspected of endangering workers to provide evidence required to initiate corrective action.
• Issue and maintain reports and record of accidents.
• Undertake Interviews to obtain facts about work practice or workplace accidents.
• Rate unsafe conditions according to factors like severity of potential injury, likelihood of recurrence, employee accident records and evidence of voluntary compliance.
• Observe employees at work to define compliance with safety precautions and the safety of equipment used.
• Document safety policy violations.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must have B.Sc or HND in relevant discipline.
• Must have HSE professional certifications with over 3 years experience.
• Resident in Lagos or Ogun state.

Job Description

• Marketing and Sales of the company’s goods and services.
• Preparing proposals and negotiating contracts on behalf of the company.
• Maintaining existing contracts by visiting the various clients of the company from time to time and ensuring that complaints are courteously and professionally addressed.
• Achieve targeted mail distribution of at least 500 mails per month through contracted mail service delivery provider / via e-mail / via company approved communication mediums.
