Requirements

• Candidates should possess the following SSCE/NECO/WASC/GCE O/Level credit in 5 subjects including English and Mathematics is compulsory, NYSC Discharge Certificate or Evidence of Exemption, Bachelor of Laws (LLB), Call to the Nigerian Bar (BL) and a Master’s degree in Library Science or Library & Information Science (M.LS/M.LIS).
• The candidate must be ICT literate and must have knowledge of Library software applications and database.
• Possession of professional certification will be an added advantage.

• Candidates should possess the following First degree in Accounting or Finance, from recognized Institution with minimum of 2nd Class Lower Division plus NYSC Discharge Certificate or Evidence of Exemption. SSCE/NECO/WASC/GCE O/Level credit in 5 subjects including English and Mathematics is compulsory.  
• In Addition must be duly registered member of ICAN, ANAN, ACCA or other equivalent professional bodies.
• Minimum of 17 years post NYSC Accounting experience and must have served at least 5 years as a Chief Accountant.
• Sound knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, payroll, administration and financial regulations.
• Most be proficient in modern accounting software and Microsoft office applications.
