    Manager / Senior Manager (Management Consulting)

    Overview

    • In line with KPMG’s desire to ensure that key roles are filled by best in-class talent with the requisite skills and experience, we seek Managers/Senior Managers (Management Consulting).

    Responsibilities

    • Take responsibility for leading consulting engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for our clients
    • Identify changes and recommend solutions that will typically involve a combination of customer, process improvement, digital transformation, and operational excellence outcomes
    • Manage the day-to-day effort and work of the delivery team
    • Analyse, workshop and present insights and recommendations enabled by strategic thinking, technical knowledge and strong and clear communication skills
    • Take responsibility for delivering high quality deliverables and outcomes for our clients
    • Contribute to the development of methodologies, tools and thought leadership papers
    • Undertake and lead business development activities including the creation of compelling and differentiated value propositions in opportunity pursuits
    • Support a high performance culture through coaching and mentoring colleagues as they grow their capabilities, careers and client service impact

    Skills and Competencies

    • Recent delivery and business development experience within a consulting environment or relevant experience from other industries
    • Competencies in any of these areas – strategy, customer experience, digital transformation, operational transformation, financial management and people/HR
    • Experience in or exposure to digital and emerging technologies will be an added advantage
    • Demonstrated experience interacting with clients at very senior levels
    • Exceptional structured thinking, analytical and quantitative problem solving skills
    • Excellent project management skills
    • Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills
    • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and MS Office suite is essential
    • Strong commercial acumen, desire to learn and develop and be able to thrive in a really fast paced working environment
    • Master's Degree and other relevant certifications would be beneficial but not essential.

    Senior Associate / Associate (Management Consulting)

    Overview

    • In line with KPMG’s desire to ensure that key roles are filled by best in-class talent with the requisite skills and experience, we seek Senior Associates/Associates (Management Consulting).

    Responsibilities

    • Work as part of a team to address complex market, strategic, operational and organisational issues
    • Develop business cases and implementation plans to underpin successful delivery
    • Lead work stream and analysis on engagements and take responsibility for small teams when required
    • Contribute to the delivery and presentation of client deliverables
    • Support client workshops and present insights and recommendations enabled by strategic thinking, technical knowledge and strong and clear communication skills
    • Work collaboratively with client staff and management, often working in joint teams in the development of and delivery of recommendations
    • Support business development activity, showing initiative in building relationships with clients during engagements
    • Contribute to thought leadership and knowledge management to support practice development

    Skills and Competencies

    • A minimum of three years of experience in any of these areas - strategy, customer experience, digital transformation, operational transformation, financial management and people/HR
    • Demonstrated ability to apply structured thinking and analysis techniques to complex and ambiguous problems
    • Creative problem-solving ability and inquisitive mindset
    • Intellectual curiosity and an ability to work independently; be comfortable developing answers and solutions often when the client requirement remains unclear, or changes
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Experience of exposure to project management is desirable
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Very good proficiency in PowerPoint and MS Office suite is essential
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
