    C# .NET Engineer (Senior or Intermediate)

    Job Description

    • Develop new Web applications through packaged and customized applications.
    • Maintain and enhance existing Web applications and all internal systems are integrated.
    • Play a key role in building medium to large-scale public facing, high volume based Web applications.
    • Maintain existing intranet, extranet, and Internet sites and applications.
    • Participate in the ongoing development of applications that meet the needs of our customers.
    • Deliver new functionality and change requests for existing applications.
    • Perform complete testing of Web applications, unit, and system, engaging users as necessary.
    • Develop database-driven Web interfaces for rapid, real-time information sharing.
    • Develop external Web portals allowing users to input and retrieve accurate information.
    • Candidate must be a team player and willing to teach and to learn.

    Other duties as assigned.
    Qualifications

    • Bachelors or Master's degree from an accredited University in Computer Science or related technical degree.
    • Solid understanding and experience utilizing C# .NET
    • Working knowledge of CSS, JavaScript, HTML, SQL, mySQL and Object Oriented .Net development.
    • Possess solid skills in Microsoft SQL Server.
    • Experience working on teams, Agile/Scrum teams experience preferred.
    • Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
    • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
    • Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.

    Qualifications/Required Experience and Education:

    • Bachelors or Master's degree from an accredited University in Computer Science or related technical degree.
    • GPA 2.1 or above
    • Internship experience developing relational web applications in C#.Net.

    Senior Operations Manager

    Job Description

    The Senior Operations Manager will manage the daily operations of Cavista. This role will ensure that the business is well-coordinated and productive by managing its processes and coaching its people. The area of responsibility for this role is very wide and thus requires thorough knowledge of various company processes. 

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Manage daily operations to support the business.
    • Collaborate with management in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans
    • Manage operational processes and performance, recommend solutions for improvement
    • Implement and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiatives
    • Nurture and maintain relationships with all department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals
    • Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • 8+ years operational experience needed. Healthcare experience is a plus.
    • Master’s  plus.
    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
    • In-depth knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, employee management, etc.
    • Proven ability to plan and manage operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity
    • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and anticipate customer needs.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills.
    • Demonstrable proficiency with the Web, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Desire and ability to work effectively in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment
    • Demonstrated ability to organize, set and implement priorities and manage multiple tasks
    • Strong interpersonal and professional skills.

    Senior Network Engineer

    Job Description

    • Support the Network Core, Firewalls, Switches, Routers, VPNs, Wireless Access Points and other associated equipment.
    • Oversee and manage the installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of network related information systems.
    • Uses knowledge of LAN/WAN systems to help design and install internal and external networks.
    • Tests and evaluates network systems to eliminate problems and make improvements.
    • Manages and sets standards for data backups and system disaster recovery.
    • Facilitates daily network operations and maintenance with best practices, automation and orchestration capabilities and ensure proper effectiveness.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent work experience with a multitude of certifications (CCNS, CCNP, CCDP, CISSP, etc.)
    • 5 + years of overall experience as a Cisco Network Engineer with mastered knowledge of Routing, Layer 2 and Layer 3 switching
    • 5 + years of experience in a multi-location corporate environment, installing and administering corporate multisite networks and designing, developing and implementing software and hardware solutions.
    • Working knowledge of network, VLAN, WAN/LAN, SNMP, DNS and DHCP. Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products.
    • Provide network security expertise and guidance around security issues and recommend solutions to mitigate and eliminate risk 
    • Mellanox experience a plus
    • Cisco ASA experience a plus
    • Meraki experience a plus
    •  Available in a 24x7 on-call rotation
