Job Description

• Collaborate with scientists and engineers to research, design and develop cutting-edge generative AI algorithms to address real-world challenges
• Work across customer engagement to understand what adoption patterns for generative AI are working and rapidly share them across teams and leadership
• Interact with customers directly to understand the business problem, help and aid them in implementation of generative AI solutions, deliver briefing and deep dive sessions to customers and guide customers on adoption patterns and paths for generative AI
• Create and deliver best practice recommendations, tutorials, blog posts, sample code, and presentations adapted to technical, business, and executive stakeholder
• Provide customer and market feedback to Product and Engineering teams to help define product direction.

Requirements

• 4+ years of data scientist or similar role involving data extraction, analysis, statistical modeling and communication experience.
• BSc in Computer Science, or a related discipline. MSc in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Machine Learning, Robotics, Operations Research, Statistics, Mathematics or an equivalent quantitative field.
• Experience managing data pipelines and working with data engineers and business intelligence engineers collaboratively.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as C/C++, Python, Java.
• Experience in communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients.
• Proven knowledge of deep learning and experience hosting and deploying ML solutions (e.g., for training, tuning, and inferences).
• Working knowledge of generative AI and hands on experience in deploying and hosting Large Foundational Models.
• Hands on experience building models with deep learning frameworks like Tensorflow, PyTorch, or MXNet.

Job Description

• Refine strategy for adoption of internal applications and cloud/on-premise infrastructure
• Manage engagements with all technology vendors and service providers. 
• Design/implement Infrastructure architectures to meet expectations on performance, efficiency and security. 
• Oversee root cause analysis and remediation activities for technology issues within stipulated TATs. 
• Oversee implementation and enforcement of infrastructure management standards & certifications. 
• Formulate and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans across the group. 
• Ensure the security of the group's infrastructure in partnership with the Information Security team.
• Provide technical leadership to manage operations related to cloud and on premise IT infrastructures - server, storage, network, security, cloud services, server virtualization and business continuity & disaster recovery
• Manage requests from business divisions on provision of IT services and ensure seamless implementation & delivery

Requirements

• BSc/BEng in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or other related Physical Sciences disciplines.
• 10+ years experience, with 2-5 years of leadership experience. 
• Cloud Infrastructure Competence: Azure, AWS, VMWare, Windows, Linux, Hybrid Architecture 
• Network Infrastructure Competence: Cisco, Fortigate. 
• Information Systems: Internal Systems & Productivity tools 
• Project Management, Technical operations & Support: ITIL methodology, Solarwinds (or other NPM), Datadog (or other APM) 
• Azure Architecture Expert Certification, Cisco Certification: CCNP, CCIE. CCDE Fortigate NSE 4 - 7 
• PMP, PRINCE 2 COBIT, ITIL Manager or Expert. 
• DevOps methodology knowledge, fintech industry experience and information systems experience

• Strong understanding of C#, .NET framework, SQL databases; and knowledge of web-based technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and other similar frameworks such as ReactJs, Angular, etc., will be a plus.
• Experience with system design and architecture, including designing scalable and reliable systems.
• Experience with containerization, messaging services and other cloud services such as Docker, Azure Service Bus, Kafka and others, and experience in leading projects and mentoring junior team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
