Reports To: Practice Director and Fertility Specialist
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care for women, addressing routine gynaecological complaints, antenatal and postnatal needs, while also receiving structured training in the management of sub-fertility under the guidance of a fertility specialist. This role requires close collaboration with the medical officer, nursing team, and embryology team to deliver patient-centred care. The candidate will also actively participate in clinic marketing initiatives and patient education programs to support our mission of expanding access to quality reproductive healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality obstetric and gynaecological consultations, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Manage antenatal and postnatal care, ensuring continuity of care for patients.
- Participate in structured training on the assessment and treatment of infertility/sub fertility under a fertility specialist.
- Collaborate with the medical officer, nursing team, and IVF laboratory to ensure seamless, multidisciplinary patient care.
- Support patient counselling and education initiatives regarding reproductive health and treatment options.
- Contribute to marketing and outreach activities, including fertility education events, community awareness campaigns, and social media/brand visibility efforts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records in compliance with regulatory and clinic standards.
- Participate in continuous professional development and remain updated on best practices in obstetrics, gynaecology, and fertility medicine.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with full registration and license to practice.
- Residency training in Obstetrics & Gynaecology; fellowship exams must be successfully completed within 18 months of resumption for those yet to qualify.
- Proven clinical experience managing antenatal, postnatal, and general gynaecological cases.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to patient-centred care.
- Interest in fertility medicine and willingness to undergo structured training/ mentorship.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Willingness to participate in marketing and community outreach activities.

Job Summary:
The Ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in patient counselling, administering fertility drugs, and treatment protocols, managing donor and surrogacy programs. In addition, the role will include performing family planning procedures and providing antenatal, postnatal, and general midwifery care. This is a leadership role requiring close collaboration with the medical team, embryology team, and administrative staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the nursing team to deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence based fertility and reproductive care.
- Provide counselling and emotional support to patients undergoing fertility treatment, donor cycles, and surrogacy programs.
- Administer fertility medications, monitor treatment protocols, and educate patients on correct usage, expectations and side effects.
- Oversee and coordinate donor and surrogacy programs, ensuring compliance with clinic policies and ethical standards.
- Perform family planning procedures and provide contraceptive counselling.
- Deliver antenatal and postnatal care as part of comprehensive midwifery services.
- Support and assist in clinical procedures such as oocyte retrievals, embryo transfers, sono-HSG, Hysteroscopy and intrauterine insemination (IUI).
- Provide chaperoning during monitoring scans
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.
- Actively participate in patient education initiatives and clinic marketing/outreach activities.
- Foster collaboration across the medical officer, OBGYN, embryology, and administrative teams to enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Registered Midwife with valid practicing license.
- Minimum of 4–5 years’ experience in fertility nursing and patient care.
- Strong knowledge of fertility drugs, stimulation protocols, and monitoring.
- Experience with follicle and uterine monitoring using ultrasonography is highly desirable.
- Proven experience managing donor and surrogacy programs.
- Excellent counselling and interpersonal skills with a patient-centred approach.
- Competence in performing family planning, antenatal, and postnatal nursing procedures.
- Leadership and team management experience desirable.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
