    Controls Coordinator / Administrator II

    Main Functions

    • Coordinating compliance controls and integrity in the group, ensure implementation and administers, manages controls calendar, system access, less analytical more coordination and data management.
    • Activities: Reports on Business control KPIs, Irregularity logs, Key Activities related to Rep letters, Fixed Asset register and adhoc activities e.g. Awareness training, Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS).
    • Reports to Project Controls Advisor.Works with moderate work direction and is skilled and knowledgeable to the position.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Promoting Controls Integrity Management System (CIMS) & Controls and support to raise staff control awareness
    • Identify new processes or changes and ensure all FCPA requirements are properly performed/updated and approved
    • Assisting the Business Manager with key activities as required around budgeting and planning activity
    • Ensuring controls catalogs are documented/updated and approved as required by Business Manager
    • Supports ongoing controls activities (Audits – UIA Planning and coordination, Representation Letter Coordination, Controls Training for staff and maintaining training register, End User Computing Risk Assessments, Access Reviews)
    • Update & file Delegation Of Authority Guide (DOAG), FCPA’s, MOC’s, Job Handover checklists
    • Responsible for coordinating Management and Protection of Information (MPI) Monthly Inspection & Reporting
    • Preparing/coordinating the development of controls documentation
    • Prepare monthly OIMS updates
    • Monthly reporting of KPI Scorecards for OIMS & CIMS
    • Provide awareness of Tools in developing OIMS System 10-1 for system practitioners
    • Oversee the management of the central External Meetings Register and reporting process
    • Departmental Records Contact: Serve as Department/Business Unit Subject Matter Expert (SME) and collaborate with the respective Local IMS group
    • Distribute Communications about Records Management within the team
    • Safeguard the department or business units’ vital records, complete and retain for ready access both physical and electronic records
    • Organize and Departmental Shared Drive folders and allocate retention codes according to Records Retention Schedule
    • Shared folder structuring/organizing/maintenance, installing and removal of access
    • Organize filing/records clean up days – include on Controls Calendar
    • Focal point for all documentation and review processes for Departmental owned contracts. Monitors Quality performance and adherence to contract Terms & Conditions
    • Administer contracts by monitoring Purchase Order/Agreement end dates and expenditures.
    • Raise Service Requisitions for Department/Business Unit’s owned contracts/service providers
    • Represents Department/Vendor in contract development with Procurement
    • Departmental SharePoint Site Collection Administrator

    Job Requirements
    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Information Management, Business, Economics or any related Degree.
    • Prior experience in information and record management, administration and data analysis
    • Excellent written verbal, communication, presentation skills in English
    • Ability to work effectively in a virtual, multi-cultural team environment
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal influencing skills
    • Self-starter with results and schedule orientation
    • Advanced skills in MS Excel, including data validation, charting, pivot tables
    • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Products including Publisher, Word, PowerPoint
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Access desirable.

    Aviation Dispatcher III

    Main Functions

    • Perform day-to-day aviation dispatch and passenger pre-flight services for inbound and outbound (fixed wing, helicopter) to ensure seamless transition for passengers and freight.
    • This position might be described as an Aviation Dispatch Expert who, on top of level 1 and 2, can potentially supervise others, is expert in the field and have extensive experience in this area of work.

    Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Obtain weather report for the station of departure, destination and the alternative route before scheduled departure time.
    • Obtain the daily manifest through the Personnel Tracking System (PTS) (passenger tracking system).
    • Check-in passengers and their luggage according to priority and numbers on the manifest.
    • Perform passenger identification per Company requirements.
    • Complete the indemnity form (for required passengers).
    • Allocate boarding passes to checked-in passengers Prepare the out-flown manifest, weight and balance sheet for the flight.
    • Complete the weather dispatch form.
    • Brief the Pilots when the check-in process is complete and the aircraft is ready to depart.
    • Collect the aircraft traffic from radio room to set the flight running through PTS.
    • End the in-coming flight through PTS.
    • File all flown manifests.
    • Receive and dispatch aircraft.
    • Send the PTS Aviation reports.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience acceptable to Company.
    • Previous experience in a closely related position
    • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to make sound and rapid decisions concerning safety, flight regulations, and the economy of operations.
    • Extensive knowledge of aviation operations.

    Quality Assurance Engineer

    Main Functions

    • Manages and develops the quality management system, implements and improves quality processes, defines key requirements / deliverables for all product inspections, qualification and appraisal activities and performs/executes production inspections, qualification and appraisal activities.
    • Utilize Best Management Practices to independently manage, set and promote Quality expectations and requirements.
    • The Quality Engineer is responsible for independently judging and assessing compliance to quality requirements within and outside of EM and to implement effective corrective/preventive actions from responsible departments to rectify any and all identified non-conformances and opportunities for improvement.
    • The Quality Engineer will host, interact and be the chief liaison with client and third party inspectors.
    • Responsible for ensuring that quality of the works being delivered by the project team is in compliance with project quality plan, procedures and instructions.

    Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Assist in developing the Project Quality Management system by establishing procedures, plans and work instructions as needed.
    • Monitor implementation of the Asset/Project/Function Quality Management System through regular audits and reviews.
    • Participate and provide input into technical HSE and integrity reviews.
    • Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure quality performance in different areas of work development and at various project Phases.
    • Develop and ensure QA requirements are incorporated into Documents, Contracts and Purchase Orders.
    • Monitor and report on compliance and nonconformities and maintain relevant records.
    • Identify and manage risks that could impact achieving quality objectives.
    • Learning fundamental of core competency;
    • Perform work on small project;
    • Build business & organizational knowledge.

    Job Requirements
    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering within discipline
    • Professional engineer with a broad QA experience in Design, Construction and Project management
    • Able to provide assistance to more senior engineers.
    • Can work independently or with minimal direction in some situations.
    • Takes technical initiative, and is able to learn quickly and apply knowledge to technical success.

    Environmental Scientist II

    Main Functions

    • Provide guidance and advice on Technical, Operational, and Safety, Security, Health and Environmental (SSH&E) aspects of environmental data collection during field operations.
    • Act as protected species observer (PSO) during other survey operations

    Tasks and Responsibilities
    In addition to the Level 1 tasks, a Level 2:

    • Inspect establishments to ensure that there are no hazards.
    • Set up and maintain equipment.
    • Collect samples of materials for laboratory analysis.
    • Ensure the integrity of samples being transported to the laboratory.
    • Identify and measure levels of pollutants in samples.
    • Prepare charts and reports that summarize test results.

    Job Requirements
    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in a closely related position ; ExxonMobil experience preferred
    • Must have strong technical skills to monitor and advise on technical aspects of data acquisition, sample preservation, processing, interpretation, classification and reporting; including; logistics, operations, instrumentation, equipment, recording, and positioning
    • Must be well versed in SSH&E practices and processes for field operations
    • Must be knowledgeable with the sampling and preservation of water column, surficial and near surficial sediments for environmental, geochemical or geological/geotechnical purposes
    • Must be trained at observing and identifying marine mammals or in compliance with the most recent Joint Nature Conservation Committee (JNCC) guidelines (or other standards defined for the area of operations).
    • Must have excellent communication skills, possess high level of integrity, and willingness to build trust and accountability in inter-personal relationships while working in team setting
    • Must be fluent in both written and spoken English
    • Must be proficient in current communication mediums and technologies (i.e., Microsoft Office, telecommunications, email, meetings)
    • Must be in good physical condition and shall comply with all project health and safety requirements (including any vendor, vessel or country-specific certifications required to work offshore)
    • Must comply with requirements per the agreement.
    • Certifications must be current and not due to expire for the anticipated duration of the project.
