Job Summary: 

We seek a skilled Plumbing Technician to install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures. The ideal candidate will ensure all plumbing systems function efficiently and comply with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Install, maintain, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures for water and drainage systems.
• Inspect plumbing systems to identify and resolve issues.
• Read and interpret blueprints and building plans to determine plumbing system layouts.
• Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent issues.
• Test plumbing systems for leaks and functionality.
• Adhere to safety and building codes during installations and repairs.

Key Qualifications:

• SSCE/OND/HND in any engineering
• Trade Tests I, II & III certifications are required
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on plumbing experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Nigerian plumbing codes and safety standards.

We seek a qualified Electrical Technician to install, repair, and maintain electrical systems. The ideal candidate will ensure all electrical components function safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure system reliability and compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with other technicians and contractors on complex installations.
• Adhere to safety protocols and electrical codes.
• Maintain records of repairs and maintenance.

Key Qualifications: 

• Minimum Qualification: SSCE/OND, & HND
• Trade Tests I, II & III are required
• Relevant technical certifications or training in electrical work.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Electrical Technician.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
