Bachelor's Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in Quantity Surveying, Construction Cost Management, Procurement Coordination, Inventory Management, or related functions.
Experience within the construction, engineering, infrastructure, or real estate sector is required.
Experience managing procurement processes, cost reporting, and inventory control systems is an added advantage.
Membership or progress towards membership of NIQS, QSRBN, or related professional bodies is an advantage.
