    Warehouse Operations / Data Analytics Intern

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assist inbound: receiving checks, staging, GRN support, put-away confirmation.
    • Assist outbound: pick/pack verification, dispatch documentation, loading checks.
    • Support bin/location discipline (labelling, correct storage, housekeeping, SOP compliance).
    • Support SKU/bin mapping, item master accuracy (SKU names, UOM, locations).
    • Participate in daily/weekly cycle counts and periodic stock counts.
    • Maintain variance logs (short/over, mispicks, wrong binning, damages, unrecorded movements).
    • Produce inventory health insights: aging stock, slow movers, stock-out risk, shrinkage trends.
    • Build/maintain simple dashboards and reports for: inbound/outbound volume, turnaround time, picking accuracy, dock-to-stock time, dispatch accuracy.
    • Create exception reports (negative stock, duplicate SKUs, unassigned bins, repeated variances).

    • Identify bottlenecks using data; recommend improvements (layout, picking routes, manpower).
    • Support SOP updates and quick training guides for receiving, binning, picking verification, cycle counting.
    • Assist with bin/location management: ensure items are stored in assigned locations; support location labelling and housekeeping.
    • Help enforce SOP compliance for handling, scanning/logging, and documentation to reduce errors and losses.
    • Track and update inventory movement logs: receipts, transfers, adjustments, returns, damages, expiries (where applicable).
    • Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements using data (e.g., layout, picking routes, manpower allocation).

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Warehouse Operations Intern

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Support offloading, counting, basic quality/condition checks, and documentation (waybills,delivery notes).
    • Label cartons/pallets, assist with proper location/bin put-away, and report damages/shortages immediately.

    Senior Warehouse Officer

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Supervise receiving, offloading, inspection, counting, and documentation for inbound goods.
    • Coordinate put-away/location assignment and safe storage (floor stacking and/or racking).
    • Oversee picking, staging, loading, and dispatch to meet daily schedules and SLAs.
    • Manage bay/yard flow and truck turnaround time; reduce bottlenecks and delays.
    • Lead warehouse assistants, pickers, loaders, forklift operators, and casual staff on shift.
    • Allocate tasks, set daily targets, track productivity, and coach staff for SOP compliance.

    • Proven ability to use WMS/ERP.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel and PPT).

    Internal Audit and Control Officer

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Implement and monitor warehouse SOP compliance across receiving, put-away, storage, picking, dispatch, returns, damages, and write-offs.
    • Maintain a daily/weekly/monthly controls checklist and ensure audit evidence is properly filed.
    • Lead cycle counts (ABC) and periodic full stock counts; reconcile physical stock vs WMS/ERP and investigate variances.
    • Review and control stock adjustments, quarantined/hold stock, damaged/expired inventory, and pallet/returnable packaging accountability.
    • Audit inbound/outbound documentation: GRN, tally sheets, pick lists, dispatch notes, gate passes,POD tracking.

    • Systematic approach to work, good organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize to adhere to tight deadlines

    Internal Audit & Controls Intern

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Conduct daily/weekly control checks using checklists across inbound, storage, outbound and returns.
    • Perform spot checks on transactions and physical processes (staging, loading discipline, seal usage, gate controls).
    • Document observations clearly (issue, risk, root cause, recommendation) and maintain evidence (photos, logs, sign-offs).
    • Conduct cycle counts and stock verification (bin-to-system and system-to-bin).

    Responsibilities

    • Operate forklift safely to load/unload inbound/outbound trucks and containers (20ft/40ft).
