    Assistant Sales Executive 

    Our client; a reputable firm in the TELECOMMUNICATION sector is looking to fill the role of an ASSISTANT SALES EXECUTIVE

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Sell telecommunications products and services to both individuals and companies.
    • Sell VoIP for corporate technology and communications systems.
    • Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
    • Keep abreast of current technology trends.
    • Identify, contact and build relationships with prospective customers through a combination of telephone and in-person cold calls, networking and referrals to obtain appointments.
    • Leverage the CRM system to develop prospecting and sales strategy that ensures high activity and effective closing ratios.
    • Book and install new lines/circuits/bundles/services to meet established monthly quotas.
    • Write and submit accurate orders.
    • Design customized, cost-effective solutions for the client.
    • Manage a territory using technology, prioritization and time management skills.
    • Submit pricing and pre-qualification requests reflecting the client's requirements.
    • Maintain an updated database in sales database including all activities, partners, and opportunities with their current status.
    • Maintain open and effective lines of communication throughout the organization to maintain a sense of teamwork, enthusiasm, pride and quality workmanship.
    • Capture and review any competitive intelligence gathered and proactively communicates this information to marketing.
    • Define personal and corporate revenue objectives.

    REQUIREMENT

    • BSc or HND in related field
    • Must have experience in selling telecommunication products.
    • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skill
    • Excellent phone and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
    • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

    Audit Officer

    Our client; a reputable firm in the AGRO sector is looking to fill the role of an AUDIT OFFICER

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • collating, checking and analysing spreadsheet data.
    • examining company accounts and financial control systems.
    • gauging levels of financial risk within organisations.
    • checking that financial reports and records are accurate and reliable.
    • ensuring that assets are protected.
    • identifying if and where processes are not working as they should and advising on changes to be made.
    • preparing reports, commentaries and financial statements.
    • liaising with managerial staff and presenting findings and recommendations.
    • ensuring procedures, policies, legislation and regulations are correctly followed and complied with.
    • undertaking reviews of wages.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • BSc or HND in accounting
    • Minimum of 1 year experience as an Audit Officer in an FMCG firm or Agro Sector.
    • Able to work well within a team.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel and QuickBooks.
    • Solid analytical skills.
    • Detail-oriented.
    • Strong interpersonal skills.
    • Must be sound in the use of Excel package.
    • Experience with an Accounting and Audit software is an added advantage.
    • Preferred candidate should not be more than 30 years of age and must be based in Anambra state.

    Sales Executive 

    Salary: 350k

    Business Objective:

     Overseeing daily operations in the sales aspect of the business.

    Responsibilities:

    • Mentor, manage and motivate field engineers/subordinates.
    • In depth understanding of AC and DC power systems (Rectifiers, Inverters, UPS, AVR, ATS, panels, Diesel Generators, Transformers).  
    • Collaborate with business development department to generate new leads and increase portfolio size.
    • Evaluate and provide analysis to management for new products and market opportunities.  
    • Apply significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve technical service to clients.  
    • Suggest alternative technical solutions to meet client requirement more efficiently.
    • Ensure execution of the developed sales strategies and plans.  
    • Manage new business development sales process from proposal to close.  
    • Plan and implement company’s sales programs.  
    • Persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery.
    • Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
    • Work on after-sales support services and provide technical back-up as required.  
    • Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients.
    • Identify and understand future business needs, prepare, and implement sales strategies
    • Analyze technology needs, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports on projects.    
    • Stay abreast with the latest technologies and recommend solutions to novel customer requests in the interest of the organization.  

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelors in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
    • Previous/current supervisory/managerial role recommended
    • 3-5 years’ experience in Power and data industry
    • In depth understanding of AC and DC power systems (Rectifiers, Inverters, UPS, AVR, ATS, panels, Diesel Generators, Transformers).  
    • Experience in marketing and selling of Solar, Wind, Hydro, Geothermal).
    • Expertise with CRM systems and practices.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
