    Head Compliance

    This role ensures compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory standards by integrating HSE and Quality Management Systems. It focuses on risk mitigation, operational excellence, and fostering a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.

    Job Details

    • Ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality, and environmental regulations, including industry standards and certifications. 
    • Regularly review and update compliance and quality policies to address emerging risks and maintain certifications (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 9001). 
    • Identify and address risks related to operational safety and product quality, implementing corrective and preventive measures. 
    • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for safety and quality aspects of operations. 
    • Implement and monitor risk mitigation strategies across all departments. 
    • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on compliance requirements, safety protocols, and quality standards. 
    • Promote awareness of safety and quality policies, encouraging proactive participation at all organizational levels. 
    • Investigate safety incidents and quality non-conformances, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions. 
    • Ensure thorough documentation of incidents and follow-up actions. 
    • Stay informed about the best practices in safety, quality, and compliance to recommend improvements.

    • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of compliance, safety, and quality activities, including audits, incidents, and certifications. 
    • Prepare and present regular compliance and quality reports to management. 
    • Develop and oversee emergency response plans, ensuring alignment with safety and regulatory standards. 
    • Conduct periodic drills to maintain readiness for potential incidents. 

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
    • Minimum of 7 years relevant experience and 4 years in supervisory position. 
    • Possess strong knowledge of ISO 450001:2018 and ISO 9001: 2015.
    • Familiarity with HSE regulations like OSHA, ISO. 
    • Understanding of areas such as First Aid, CPR, and Hazardous materials handling 

    Skills and Competencies. 

    • Knowledge of industry-specific compliance requirements and best practices.
    • Proficiency in developing, implementing, and updating compliance policies and procedures to mitigate risks. 
    • Proficient in conducting regular audits and risk assessments to detect potential areas of non-compliance. 
    • Expertise in investigating and resolving compliance-related incidents and breaches efficiently.
    • Ability to maintain comprehensive records of compliance activities, audits, and incidents.
    • Ensures compliance with all relevant HSE regulations, standards, and permits, and maintains accurate records and documentation.

    QA/QC Supervisor

    This role supervises the QA/QC team, ensuring compliance with quality standards such as ISO 9001:2015, and industry best practices across production and assembly processes.

    Job Details

    • Supervise and manage the QA/QC team, providing guidance and support in carrying out inspections and audits throughout the production process. 
    • Ensure that assembly and manufacturing processes comply with industry best practices and defined quality standards. 
    • Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance and quality control procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. 
    • Conduct detailed inspections of in-process and finished goods to identify defects and non-conformities, ensuring that corrective actions are taken promptly.

    • Maintain detailed records and documentation of inspections, audits, and quality control processes to ensure traceability and compliance.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within a manufacturing setting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
    • Certification in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001) or other relevant quality certifications is advantageous.
    • Experience with statistical process control and quality improvement methodologies.
    • Strong understanding of manufacturing methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma and TWI principles.
    • Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs tailored to organizational needs.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
    • Strong analytical skills to evaluate processes and identify areas for improvement.
    • Effective communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

    Sales Executive

    This role will ensure customer acquisition and revenue growth targets are achieved in the B2B field of electric distribution, real estate developers and MEP contractors to generate project leads, nurture the project pipeline and close them successfully. 

    Job Details

    • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities by researching the assigned market, profiling target customers, and crafting tailored strategies to win their accounts.
    • Drive growth within existing accounts by identifying new project opportunities and securing repeat business.
    • Design and execute a strategic sales plan that increases the company’s market share and strengthens customer relationships.
    • Build and manage a robust pipeline by identifying key MEP contractors, tracking ongoing and upcoming projects, and engaging stakeholders from prospecting through to closure.
    • Prepare and deliver customer quotations with support from the pre-sales team; ensure timely follow-up to close deals.
    • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to expand the customer base and stay visible in the market.
    • Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships, introduce new products, provide technical training, and gather feedback.
    • Submit weekly activity and results reports to management, keeping leadership informed on pipeline status and customer engagement.
    • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and emerging technologies to inform strategic direction.
    • Resolve customer complaints by identifying root causes, proposing corrective actions, and escalating complex issues as needed.
    • Perform annual account reviews to ensure alignment with customer needs and internal targets.
    • Present periodic sales, revenue, and expense reports along with realistic forecasts to the management team.

    Requirements

    • Knowledge of consultative selling approach
    • Excellent customer management skills
    • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite Software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
    • Strong customer skills, ability to follow-up and follow through
    • Strong knowledge of B2B selling principles 
    • Excellent ability to drive the sales process from start to finish
    • Ability to understand technical information and relay it in a manner that is clearly understood by others.
    • Ability to communicate, write reports in clear terms using a mixture of words, charts, graphs, etc.
