    Mechanical Engineer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanic Engineer to join our team. The primary role of the Mechanic Engineer will be to maintain and improve the performance of our fully automated production line that produces bottled drinks.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the production line, identifying and resolving issues, and implementing continuous improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.

    Responsibilities

    • Operate and monitor the automated production line, including the filling, capping, labeling, and packaging machines.
    • Conduct regular inspections of the production line to identify and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
    • Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime and optimize production.
    • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure the longevity of the production line.
    • Collaborate with production supervisors and operators to optimize production schedules and minimize waste.
    • Utilize analytical tools to identify and improve upon areas of inefficiency within the production line.
    • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed on the production line.
    • Train production line operators on basic maintenance and repair techniques to increase equipment uptime.
    • Continuously research and evaluate new equipment and technologies to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and best practices in the maintenance and repair of the production line equipment.
    • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on production goals and initiatives.

    Electrical Engineer - Automated Beverage Production Line

    Job Description

    • We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to manage the electrical systems of our fully automated beverage production line.
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, automation systems, and experience in managing and optimizing production processes.
    • The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of the electrical systems in our beverage production line.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Operate and monitor the automated production line, including the filling, capping, labeling, and packaging machines.
    • Design, develop and oversee the installation of electrical systems and equipment for our fully automated beverage production line.
    • Develop and maintain electrical schematics, diagrams, and documentation for all electrical systems.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues on the production line to minimize downtime and ensure optimal production output.
    • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all electrical systems to reduce the risk of equipment failure.
    • Work closely with the production team to identify areas for improvement and optimize the production process.
    • Develop and implement process controls and automation systems to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
    • Ensure that all electrical systems meet industry standards and comply with relevant safety regulations.
    • Manage and maintain an inventory of spare parts and electrical components to ensure the timely replacement of faulty equipment.
    • Train and mentor maintenance technicians and electricians to develop their skills in electrical systems and maintenance.
    • Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of the electrical systems and identify opportunities for improvement.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with at least 2 years relevant work experience.
