    MAJOR DELIVERABLES

    • Provides direct care and promote comfort of client/patient
    • Show concern for client/patient welfare and acceptance of the direct client/patient as a person
    • Promotes healthy lifestyle
    • Have knowledge and sensitivity to what matters and what is important to client's sight issues
    • An optician ,someone who specializes in fitting and fabrication of ophthalmic lenses,spectacles,contact lenses,low vision aids and ocular prosthetics or
    • Optometrist : Healthcare practioners of the Eye and vision care, which includes; refraction and dispensing detection /diagnosis and management of diseases in the Eye and the rehabilitation of the visual system.

    QUALIFICATION:

    • Certified ophthalmic nurses ,preferably fresh or with 13yrs experience.
    • Within 35years of age and single is preferred
    • A person with an international passport and who is willing to undergo 69months training in India (Visa,travelboarding & lodging will be provided fully paid).
    • There will be some sustenance allowance in Nigeria for your Family while in training

    QUALIFICATION

    • A graduate nurse with certified credentials
    • Candidate must have valid Ophthalmic nursing certificate
    • Candidate must have a valid International Passport

    Territory Sales Manager

    LOCATION: IBADAN
    Our Client, an Internet Service Provider/ ICT with coverage across the country is in urgent need of a Corporate Sales Executive with cognizance sales experience.

    JOB SUMMARY
    To ensure increase in sales revenues and maintain customer relationships within an assigned geographical area.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies Handling a territory with 30-50 Base stations, 2/3 of our Client's SNS/40-50 Dealers and Key retail outlet.
    • Handle a team size of around 10 direct repartees. Recruitment of Dealer/Distributors.
    • Collection from Dealers & Key retail outlets
    • Target vs Achievement- Daily/Weekly/Monthly
    • Direct Sales to SMEs
    • Our Client's owned Shop Management-admin/branding. Organizing BTL activities to enhance the sales.
    • Work on Low fill BTSs
    • Performance management
    • Finding ways to ensure efficiency of sales operations Maintaining customer relationships
    • Setting and meeting sales targets to increase revenue Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods
    • Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions Discover sales opportunities through consumer research Present products and services to prospective customers Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships
    • Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes
    • Assess sales performance according to KPIs
    • Mentoring team
    • Monitor competition within assigned region
    • Prepare and submit reports to Regional Sales Manager.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Proven experience in telecom/ISP/FMCG
    • Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory position
    • Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred
    • Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs Proficient in MS Excel/Word, PPT
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Organizational and leadership ability
    • Problem-solving aptitude.

    QUALIFICAION
    BSc/BA in Business, Marketing or any related field

    Zonal Sales Manager

    COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JOB (education and experience required)

    • University Degree
    • Minimum of 15years working experience of sales in FMCG
    • Age: Max age limit of 40 years
    • Proven leadership skills.
    • Supervisory and management experience.
    • Large team handling capability
    • Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior sales position.
    • MUST have worked in a reputable FMCG for minimum of 10 years consecutively.
    • MUST be resident of LAGOS REGION

    DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES / FUNCTION

    • Achieves the Zonal Region’s revenue volume and value targets for each SKU.
    • Establishes an environment and foundation for future sales growth by focusing on secondary sales.
    • Directs the selling activities within the Zonal Region, inclusive of resource deployment and customer interactions.
    • Leads the sub-ordinates, inclusive of managing performance, Mentoring, hiring and career development.
    • Responsible for the Zonal Region’s forecasting and sales tracking.
    • Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.
    • Ability tidentify business development opportunities within the region.

    SPECIFIC TARGETS / OBJECTIVES

    • Achieve Sales value and volume for his region.
    • Make product available in every area within his zone by expanding the distribution of products.
    • Make available New products or brands as per company strategy plan
    • Optimum stock tbe maintained with all his distributors within his zone
    • Train all sales force within his zone.
