About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to join our team. You’ll play a key role in shaping intuitive, impactful, and visually stunning user experiences for our products. • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

About the Role

We’re looking for motivated and energetic Direct Sales Agents to join the Azapay team in Lagos, Abuja,Benin and Anambra. In this role, you will play a critical part in onboarding merchants, promoting our payment solutions, and helping us reach our target of 1,000 merchants.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential merchants to onboard them onto the Azapay platform.
• Educate prospective clients on the benefits and features of Azapay\'s payment solutions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by closing merchant sign-ups.
• Provide excellent customer support and address any merchant concerns.
• Collect and report feedback from merchants to improve our services and offerings.
• Stay up-to-date with Azapay’s features and ensure consistent communication with the team.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of OND in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• Experience in direct sales, field marketing, or merchant acquisition is an advantage.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with the local markets in Lagos, Abuja,Benin and Anambra is a significant plus.
• Must own a smartphone and be willing to travel within the assigned region.
• A proactive attitude with a passion for technology and financial innovation.
