    Marketing Officer

    Responsibilities:

    • Meeting or exceeding monthly, and yearly sales quotas.
    • Canvassing assigned territories to present company products to potential customers.
    • Assisting management in identifying viable marketing and pricing strategies.
    • Collection and investment onboarding.
    • Marketing of financial products.
    • Demonstrating product features to customers.
    • Contacting leads and setting up appointments to present company products.
    • Completing order forms and submitting them for processing.
    • Attending trade shows and other industry-related events.
    • Preparing sales proposals for potential buyers.
    • Completing regular sales reports specifying the number of sales made.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of ND in marketing.
    • Minimum of 1 year experience in the sales of any financial product.
    • The ability to retain important information.
    • Sound consultative selling skills.
    • Excellent networking skills.
    • Strong negotiation skills.
    • Effective communication skills.
    • Exceptional customer service skills.

    Head of Audit

    Responsibilities:  

    • Ensure that business operation are conducted in line with the standard operating  procedures (SOP) 
    • Inventory control, variances investigation and reporting. 
    • Completes standard paperwork and questionnaires to confirm internal controls. 
    • Participates in meetings with individuals and departments to update auditees on findings  and the audit process 
    • Analyses audit results to determine methods for increasing profits and decreasing  unnecessary costs 
    • Makes recommendations for the best ways for a company to avoid fraud and reduce waste 
    • Assesses best financial practices for an organization and makes relevant, informed  suggestions 
    • May work extra hours during busy audit seasons or to meet certain milestones 
    • Receivable and credit control 
    • Monthly bank reconciliation and bank charges report review. 
    • Monitoring production processes to curb wastages and inefficiencies. 

    Requirements 

    • B.SC degree in accounting or any related field 
    • Minimum of 3 years’ managerial experience in Auditing 
    •  Professional certification such as ICAN and ACCA would be an added advantage. 
    • Excellent communication and writing skills. 
    • Above average knowledge in Microsoft office tools most especially Microsoft excel.
