ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure reconciliation of all bank accounts and other accounts
• Generate various analysis and financial reports for the management
• Review petty cash at the end of the month and incorporate into main account head
• Ensure proper accounting of all expenses
• Receive cash and raise receipts
• Update accounts ledgers

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• BSC/HND in Accounting
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Proficient in SAGE 200
• In-depth knowledge of Accounting packages
• Detail oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft packages
• Ability to multitask and work according to set guidelines and priorities.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install, maintain and troubleshoot building and machine water supply lines.
• Repair and replace system issues such as clogged drains, faucet problems, broken drainage lines and so on.
• Install/repair pipes and plumbing fixtures
• Visually inspect equipment such as pressure and vacuum gauges to determine the cause and location of damage.
• Clear obstructions from sink drains and toilets.
• Troubleshoot problems and decide how to fix them.
• Other duties as may be assigned by the management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Technical certification in plumbing
• HND /BSC in Engineering is an added advantage
• Minimum 7 years experience

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Troubleshooting/problem solving skills and attention to details

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish daily machine inspection and report daily.
• Take needful action to fix technical problem.
• Ensure all machines are serviced as per manufacturer recommended intervals.
• Create and maintain machine maintenance schedule
• Trouble shoot equipment malfunctions
• Any other functions assigned by the management

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• BSC/HND in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years experience
• Knowledge of production machinery, processes and standards
