To lead day-to-day accounting, compliance, treasury coordination, and intercompany billing functions for OOF and Strategic Outsourcing Limited (SOL) within Team 1. The Finance
Controller is the first-line reviewer and sign-off authority for all Team 1 finance outputs, with delegated payment authority up to prescribed thresholds.
To lead and oversee operational risk monitoring, incident governance, business continuity oversight, operational assurance reviews, and closure verification across the Group.
To support statutory and regulatory oversight, compliance tracking, governance follow-up and evidence control.
To provide dedicated support for ISO 9001:2015 governance coordination, documented information oversight, internal audit administration, and CAPA tracking.
To lead and oversee operational risk monitoring, incident governance, business continuity oversight, operational assurance reviews, and closure verification across the Group.
To maintain incident records, continuity oversight records, and closure verification support for major operational issues.
To lead the organisation growth and market development agenda by identifying, shaping, and pursuing new business opportunities across the group, while strengthening market-facing positioning, commercial packaging, and client acquisition efforts. This is a commercial lead role — not a communications or PR function
