    Store Keeper

    Job Summary:

    The Store Keeper is responsible for managing inventory, stock movement, and proper storage of materials within Uncle Stan’s Foods. The role also involves accompanying deliveries to outlets to ensure accurate distribution, proper handover, and accountability of all items supplied.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Inventory Management

    • Receive, inspect, and record all incoming stock and materials.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels at all times.
    • Ensure proper storage and organization of items in the store.

    Stock Control & Monitoring

    • Track stock movement, issuance, and usage across outlets and production.
    • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or low stock promptly.
    • Prevent wastage, damage, or loss of inventory.

    Delivery & Distribution

    • Accompany delivery of supplies to outlets.
    • Ensure correct quantities and items are delivered as issued.
    • Confirm proper handover and acknowledgment of stock at each outlet.
    • Report any discrepancies during delivery immediately.

    Documentation & Record Keeping

    • Maintain proper documentation for all stock transactions (inward and outward).
    • Ensure all issued stock is properly recorded and authorized.
    • Keep accurate logs of items dispatched to each outlet.

    Reconciliation & Reporting

    • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with records.
    • Report discrepancies, shortages, or inconsistencies.
    • Work with the Accountant and Auditor during stock checks.

    Compliance & Organization

    • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
    • Follow company procedures for handling, storing, and issuing items.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in a relevant field.
    • Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience as a Store Keeper, preferably in QSR, FMCG, or retail.
    • Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
    • Ability to handle both store operations and physical delivery activities.
    • Good record-keeping and organizational skills.
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is an added advantage.
    • High level of integrity and accountability.

    Salary: 120,000

    Accountant

    Job Summary:

    The Accountant will be fully responsible for managing all financial operations of Uncle Stan’s Foods. This role requires a competent professional who can independently handle end-to-end accounting processes across head office, production, and multiple outlets, ensuring financial accuracy, control, and efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Financial Management & Reporting

    • Maintain accurate financial records, books, and ledgers across all business units.
    • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
    • Track daily sales and ensure proper financial recording across outlets.

    Cash Flow & Expense Management

    • Monitor and manage company cash flow, expenses, and revenue.
    • Ensure proper tracking and control of operational spending.
    • Manage payments, invoicing, and receivables effectively.

    Budgeting & Cost Control

    • Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts.
    • Monitor production costs, inventory usage, and operational expenses.
    • Identify cost leakages and implement cost control measures.

    Reconciliation & Accuracy

    • Perform regular bank and sales reconciliations.
    • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial data.
    • Maintain proper financial documentation and records.

    Financial Support to Management

    • Provide financial insights and reports to support business decisions.
    • Track performance and highlight areas requiring attention.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in QSR, FMCG, or retail operations.
    • Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
    • Proven ability to independently manage full accounting operations.
    • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, cost control, and cash flow management.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
    • High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location business environment.

    Internal Auditor

    Job Summary:

    The Internal Auditor is responsible for independently assessing operations across Uncle Stan’s Foods, including outlets, production, and central store. The role focuses on ensuring compliance, identifying gaps, and strengthening internal controls to improve accountability and operational efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Operational Audits

    • Conduct routine and unannounced audits across outlets, production, and central store.
    • Verify sales records, stock usage, inventory levels, and operational activities.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Inventory & Process Monitoring

    • Audit stock movement, usage, and reconciliation across all locations.
    • Identify discrepancies, wastage, or irregularities in operations.

    Compliance & Control

    • Evaluate effectiveness of internal controls across the business.
    • Ensure adherence to established processes and reporting standards.

    Reporting 

    • Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings and gaps.
    • Recommend corrective actions and track implementation.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in auditing, preferably in QSR, FMCG, or retail operations.
    • Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, CIA, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
    • Strong knowledge of internal controls, inventory management, and operational audits.
    • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
    • Ability to carry out field audits.
    • High level of integrity and accountability.

    Salary: 300,000
