    Fixed Income Analyst / Dealer

    Industry: Financial Services (Capital Market)

    Role Expectation

    • Manage client fixed income portfolio in conjunction with our Business Development team.
    • Develop position swap strategies for managing fixed income portfolio duration.
    • Monitor credit and duration of existing holdings to assess continued exposure.
    • Research new investment ideas for portfolio consideration.
    • Execute individual fixed income transactions while adhering to the fixed income 4-point test.
    • Focus on continuous improvement in the areas of fixed income trading, credit modeling and monitoring systems.
    • Support Business Development team with client specific requests.
    • Develop seminar and conference call materials and participate in the presentation of this material.
    • Initiate, monitor successfully execute and settle primarily fixed income trades in conjunction with RAML Operations, Fund Management team and outside brokerage relationships.
    • All other duties as assigned.
    • Registration as sponsored individual with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) would be an advantage.

    Requirements

    • Qualification: B.Sc. (Economics, Accounting, Banking and Finance); A postgraduate Degree in any of the aforementioned Course will be an added advantage
    • Year of Experience: 4 Years relevant experience.

    • Ability to work in a complex environment and successfully perform with multiple priorities.
    • Ability to fully and successfully complete trades / resolve issues in the area of fixed income trades.
    • Creatively develop new investment strategies, robust risk mitigation approaches and process improvements.

    Head, Investing Banking

    Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

    Role Expectation

    • Supporting the Managing Director with the execution of engagements and transactions.
    • Undertaking financial analysis and financial modeling to back up transactions execution.
    • Identify and monitor the origination of new advisory opportunities across the firm’s core competencies
    • Playing a primary role in the planning, structuring, and execution of capital raising mandates of (all the new and existing investment banking), including M&A and Financial, Business Advisory, and Asset Management.

    Requirements

    • Year of Experience: 7 Years relevant experience
    • Professional Qualification: CFA and any of ACCA or ICAN
    • SEC Sponsored Individual would be of added advantage.

    • Strong grasp of Excel demonstrated by the ability to build, monitor, review, and update complex and consolidating financial models and analyses;
    • A good understanding of and ability to carry out Company and Assets Valuation.
    • Ability to evolve appropriate business strategy and operations, processes, and key drivers to drive profitability and ROI
    • Strong academic record, with a demonstrable high degree of numerical, verbal, and analytical competence.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills demonstrated with mastery in written communication and presentations;
    • Ability to multi-task and work closely with individuals from a broad variety of backgrounds
    • Personable team player, with the ability to gain the confidence and trust of colleagues.
