    Warehouse and Inventory Officer

    Job Summary

    • Receive and make available warehouse items timely and of right quantity and specification throughout and around working hours as required, and keeping track of, monitor and report on inventory levels, changes, and replenishments real time though the system and follow-up communications.
    • Receive and protect or secure goods and stock items in the warehouse.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities

    • Ensure completeness, cleanliness, tidiness and attendance during work hours and as per special circumstances, receipt and deliveries preparations and inventory levels in a warehouse or similar space.
    • Receive and record new items as they come in, and move items onto store shelves, and to their temporary or final position as needed.
    • Prepare shipments and project deliveries including attending to pick up and assist movement to point of delivery if walking distance, for instance office or nearby vehicle.
    • Keep track of waybills and movements by collection, verification saving (paper as applicable) and electronic copying and uploading in the system of delivery and receipt waybills, bin cards and movements.
    • Create schedules, monitor stock levels at the warehouse and initiate and follow-up on stock replenishment. Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
    • Keep track of slow-moving stock, obsolete products, damaged products and near-date products.
    • Assist in the coordination of the warehouse activities, including remote locations.

    Education and / or Professional Qualifications

    • Minimum of Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in any relevant discipline.
    • Training and/or certification in warehousing or logistics and use of systems.
    • 2 – 5 years work experience.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.

    Essential Skills / Knowledge / Traits:

    • Sound administrative skills, combined with effective written and verbal communication and interaction to facilitate the carrying out of tasks timely and preventing costly mistakes.
    • Good computer literacy, technical skills (items specifications) and system skills like database management, supplies procurement, scheduling.
    • Detail-oriented and well organized, demonstrating the ability to manage responsibilities at high level of professionalism, dependability, and reliability.
    • Work at a suitably fast pace without compromising safety, quality, documentation, and recording, without using those factors as an excuse but rather communicate fast timelines.
    • Flexibility to perform a wide range of duties, at times at short notice, some of which may not fall strictly under your job description.

    Team Lead, Access Network

    Job Summary

    • Design, establish and maintain (internet/MPLS) connectivity, manageable data and VOIP networks and access, with a team of qualified engineers that perform the necessary installations (relating to remediation or restoration of existing client circuit), configurations, testing, documentation, automation, troubleshooting and maintenance of the network connectivity for a high-quality service experience of the end customer and user.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities

    • Lead the access network team in establishing a network suitable for the requirements of the organization or the customers.
    • Design specifications for establishing network security and access to protect servers, databases, and devices.
    • Plan the budget for network, recommend proper software and hardware such as routers, switches, hubs, hard disks, microwave radios, wires, etc., for networking understanding the type and use of the network.
    • Point of technical escalation and coordination with the hardware and software suppliers and OEM, and with external leading technical representatives.
    • Regular traffic, quality of service, activities and performance checks and reports using network management systems and tools, including analysis with advice on optimization and remedial necessary actions and communications.
    • Troubleshoot any kind of hardware and software problems at the end user site from service gateway to customer network if that is the root cause, and make sure that there is no problem in accessing any resource for the users.
    • Update the systems regularly with antivirus, firewall and spyware and protect any kind of viruses and breakdowns in the network.
    • Maintain remote monitoring systems and keep a track of the use of resources provide to the employees, customers and end users.
    • Monitor circuit performance, coordination to schedule WAN/LAN equipment upgrades (FW/SW).
    • Set authentication and authorization and restricts users from accessing important and vital information available
    • Create and maintain real time up to date network documentation including but not limited to policies, procedures, diagrams (layer 1/2/3 network, Wi-Fi, routing protocol, security..), tables and lists (assets/devices, IP address allocation, patching,..), password vault, and others as per best practices.

    Education and / or Professional Qualifications and Experience

    • A Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
    • Certification courses in network administration and hardware management (Cisco, Mikrotik, etc.), and security solutions (Sophos, Fortinet, etc.)
    • Experience of at least 5 years in senior networking and hardware field.

    Essential Skills / Knowledge / Traits:

    • Sound knowledge of the software and hardware used in the network systems and well- acquainted with the advanced technologies.
    • Expertise in configuration, installation, maintenance of standard network active devices (routers, switches, multiplexers, AP/Wi-fi, controllers, modem, firewall).
    • Knowlede on connectivity technology such as microwave radio, fiber optic, VSAT, broadband.
    • Knowledge on industry standard monitoring systems: PRTG, Solar Winds, Manage Engine, Caccti, etc.
    • Expertise in IT/LAN troubleshooting/isolation/restoration
    • Knowledgeable in use of test tools, OTDR, Power meter, Ethernet test equipment, Spectrum Analyzer and identify new tools to aid in performance verification/testing
    • Expertise in identifying problems in the existing systems and upgrade them with the new and more efficient ones
    • Ability to use the available resources wisely and establish efficient network systems.
    • Regularly update knowledge about the new and advanced technologies available in the market and use these technologies in the designs.
    • Should have good managerial and communication skills and a team player.

    Information Systems Security Officer

    Job Summary

    • The job holder will create and institute measures to safeguard sensitive information within a computer network.
    • The job holder will (ISSO) research, develop, implement, test and review an organization's information security in order to protect information and prevent unauthorized access.
    • He /She will inform users about security measures, explain potential threats, install software, implement security measures, and monitor networks.  The audience are both internal (Netcom Staff) and External (Client).

    Key Duties & Responsibilities

    • Regularly and systematically review network and systems with view to identify potential security weaknesses. Recommend improvements to mitigate vulnerabilities and provide system owners guidance in its remediation.
    • Document and present drafted security policies, procedures, standards and baseline for approval by VP operations and Netcom Senior Management.
    • In Alignment with VP operations, lead Netcom’s and client’s information security program to ensure timely vulnerability remediation, and protect information assets from unauthorized access, modifications and disclosure.
    • Technical and economic review, compare, test, and evaluate new against existing security solutions to support PLC progress, decisions, and implementation.
    • In Coordination with VP Operations, Design, Develop and lead the implementation of Security Operation Center
    • Develop, document and lead the implementation, of comprehensive plan to secure the Company’s and Customer network, platform, systems, and databases, including back-up and remediation plans and measures to ensure business continuity.
    • Develop, and audit the implementation of network and systems usage monitoring policy and procedure to ensure easy visibility of alerts and escalation of incidents regarding noncompliance with security policies are maintained.
    • Track and keep records of company overall security and cyber risk status including readiness and ability to react to and recover from security events, through definition, measurement and make relevant updates of KGI, KRI and indicators of compromise with the view to implement required control as shall be approved by VP operations and Senior Management.
    • Define, create, and maintain the documentation for security certification and accreditation of each network, platform, system and application design and implementation.
    • Collaborate with VP operations, Senior Management and Security Capability owners to economically improve security, security products and security services.
    • Work with Netcom Senior Management, Security Steering committee and other stakeholders to ensure that company cyber-risk are within acceptable limit, and strategic alignment of information security programs.
    • Assess the impacts on system modifications and technological advances
    • In coordination with VP operations and Senior Management, lead the implementation of ISO 27001 standards.
    • Create and maintain a security roadmap for Netcom and Customers.
    • Educate and train colleagues (IT team and users), and customers about security best practices, security measures, potential threats, software installation, and security measures implementation.
    • Keeping up to date with developments in IT security standards, threats, and technological advances for assessment of implemented solutions and identification of necessary modifications and changes.

    Experience, Education and / or Professional Qualifications

    • Degree in Computer Science, programming or engineering, or a technology-related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in networking systems, information technology security, or network security is recommended
    • Professional information security certification, preferably Certified Information Systems Security Professionals (CISSP) according to an accredited body.
    • Experience in an information security Governance, Risk and Compliance role.

    Essential Skills / Knowledge / Traits:

    • Technically capable to design, cost, implement support, maintain, and keep administration of security systems, accounts and policies for all Netcom security products and services.
    • Highly analytical and effectively able to troubleshoot and prioritize needs, requirements, and other issues.

    Job Summary

    • Responsible for the day-to-day service delivery operations and complementing the delivery of field related Netcom Services to our clientele in collaboration with other service delivery units or departments.

    • Ensure timely delivery of assigned field related tasks as a managed Service Provider that provides the services listed below but not limited to:
