We are currently looking to recruit smart and agile candidates for our GUASAU and ZARIA retail Stations. Applicants who possess the following listed criteria are encouraged to apply within by submitting a copy of their CV at the station.

JOB SUMMARY:

The person in this position is responsible for assisting the outlet manager is coordinating daily station operations and maintaining prompt and accurate cash control at the station by ensuring regular remission of cash by the attendants at the agreed interval.

Regularly work with other station staff in meeting sales budget and act as first point of contact in the resolution of customer queries.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the Manager in daily station operations.
• Assign, schedule, and monitor the tasks of station attendants.
• Coordinate all the station attendants to achieve the greatest efficiency. 
• Greet and receive customers and guests in a courteous manner.
• Answer and resolve customer needs and objectives.
• Ensure joyous experience to customers and guests through cool pleasant services. 
• Daily Safety drill of the service station personnel.
• Maintain inventory controls of materials, items and products.
• Maintain the service station premises in a neat and organized manner.
• To be responsible for daily product discharge operations at the station.
• Maintain accurate cash control policy at the station and cash evacuation from the attendants at agreed intervals.
• Ensure Company Product Discharge operation manuals/procedures are adhered to strictly. 
• Daily opening and closing stock taking report.
• Ensure Customer satisfaction at all times.
• Assist the manager to ensure individual and Unit budget/target are met and surpass at all times.
• Other assigned responsibilities by the station manager.

Criteria

• Candidate should have a minimum of OND & maximum of HND.
• Candidate should be smart and able to communicate in English
• Candidate should be between 23-32 years of age

JOB SUMMARY:

The person in this position is responsible for coordinating and continuously improving sales activities. at the station, monitoring product discharge, and coordinating stock planning and management to ensure regular product availability.

In addition, maintaining relationships with statutory agencies, and security agents and coordinating staff’s activities at the outlet are major responsibilities of the employee in this position.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for proper coordination of all activities at the station.
• Daily stock scanning, Stock planning and Management.
• Conduct Security Surveillance and liaise with relevant External and Internal Security Agents to ensure a safe secure operating environment.
• Develop cordial and productive relationships with relevant Statutory Agencies and regulatory Bodies.
• Establish & Achieve station profitability/Sales goals.
• Aggressive Marketing of prospective customers.
• Build and manage robust customer relationships.
• Daily/Weekly/monthly/quarterly sales & inventory reports
• Increase market share through regular sales efforts.
•  Ensure Customer Care/satisfaction always.
•  Develop a new business relationship.
• Ensure individual and Unit target are met and surpassed at all time. 
• Build and sustain efficient Teamwork/Force for achieving the unit and the organizational goals and objectives.
• Station Operations (Dispense & Sales) update report at an agreed interval (3hours) for planning purposes on daily basis.
• Develop and maintain cash evacuation policy that works.
• Supervision and Coordination of the entire station Staff.
• Station Public Relation Officer
•  Other assigned responsibilities by the managements.

Requirements

Below listed are the requirements:

• Minimum of HND in Account, Banking and Finance, Business Administration with AAT Qualification
• Candidates must have at least three years working experience.
• Age range maximum of 24 - 37 years by December 2023.
