Job Description:

As an IT Officer at Lovonus Microfinance Bank, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, including Office equipment, Bank applications, Internet networks, and servers.
• Providing technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware issues, and ensuring timely resolution.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
• Conceptualizing and creating visually compelling graphics, including marketing materials, social media posts, website content, and more.
• Producing high-quality designs that align with the company's brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
• Collaborating with other departments to understand their IT needs and requirements and providing appropriate solutions.

Requirements:

• Knowledge and competency in graphic designing and social media management.
• Proven experience working in an IT support role, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, including hardware, software, networking, and cybersecurity principles.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills.
