    Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Lead

    Function of the Role

    • The M&E Lead will be responsible for overseeing the monitoring and evaluation of our LifeBank Group’s programs and projects, designing and implementing M&E activities, assisting Project Managers in preparing reports on project progress and will monitor project activities on a regular basis. S/he will lead data collection, analysis and reporting, and ensure that data is effectively used for program improvement.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation systems and frameworks for all programs and projects.
    • Provide technical guidance and support to program and project teams on M&E processes and data collection methodologies.
    • Lead the development of data collection tools, data analysis plans, and reporting templates.
    • Conduct regular field visits to monitor program implementation and assess data quality.
    • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, success factors, and challenges.
    • Provide timely feedback to program and project teams on M&E findings and ensure that program improvements are made based on data.
    • Ensure project teams are in compliance with projects rules
    • Provide capacity building and training to program and project staff on M&E processes and tools.
    • Ensure that all M&E reports are of high quality and are submitted on time.
    • Represent LifeBank in external M&E-related meetings and events.
    • Monitor all project activities, expenditures and progress towards achieving projects output
    • Monitor the sustainability of projects results
    • Provide feedback to the Project Managers on project strategies and activities
    • Suggest strategies to the Project Management for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of projects by identifying bottlenecks in completing project activities and developing plans to minimize or eliminate such bottlenecks
    • Perform other tasks assigned

    Requirements
    Educational Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science, Statistics, or any other relevant field.
    • A master's Degree will be considered an advantage.

    Experience:

    • 3 - 5 years of experience in M&E, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
    • Proven experience in developing and implementing M&E systems and frameworks.
    • Knowledge of statistical software packages such as SPSS or STATA.

    Submission Requirement:

    • B.Sc in statistics is an added advantage or any relevant field

    Director of Innovation

    Function Of The Role

    • The Director of Innovation will be responsible for leading the development and execution of LifeBank’s innovation strategy.
    • S/he will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, driving innovation initiatives, and promoting a culture of innovation across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement innovation strategies that align with LifeBank’s strategic objectives.
    • Meeting with stakeholders at different levels to identify areas of innovation and growth.
    • Identify new opportunities for innovation, including emerging technologies and market trends.
    • Developing and managing budgets for projects and departments
    • Meeting regularly with clients to discuss progress on projects, offer feedback, and resolve any issues
    • Lead innovation initiatives, including ideation, prototyping, and testing, and ensure successful implementation.
    • Foster a culture of innovation across the organization, promoting creativity, experimentation, and risk-taking.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of innovation initiatives.
    • Develop and manage partnerships to support innovation objectives.
    • Monitor and report on key innovation metrics, including the number of ideas generated, the success rate of innovation projects, and the impact of innovation on the organization.
    • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of innovation initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.
    • Perform other tasks assigned.

    Requirements
    Educational Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in any other relevant field.
    • A Master's Degree will be considered an advantage.

    Experience:

    • 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role
    • A proven track record of driving successful innovation initiatives.
    • Experience in the technology industry is a plus.

    • Strong strategic thinking skills and ability to develop and execute innovation plans.
    • Demonstrated experience in leading innovation initiatives from ideation to successful implementation.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform innovation strategies.

    Growth Manager

    Function of the Role

    • The Growth Manager will be responsible for finding, cultivating and executing partnership opportunities that drive the company’s core business and will work to launch new product offerings.
    • S/he will also be responsible for creating and growing LifeBank across Africa through partnerships with public and private institutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute partnerships strategy for key company’s products
    • Design and implement necessary analytics to measure and optimize partnerships
    • Manage and grow existing partnerships of the company
    • Work directly with the GCEO to define, prioritize and pursue new partnership opportunities
    • Develop market-level strategies to support new market entry, expansion and business model design
    • Source and acquire relevant strategic partnerships and alliances for growth and expansion
    • Attend conferences and events on behalf of the company
    • Develop business proposals, apply for patient capital, write reports and articles for the company
    • Perform other tasks assigned.

    Requirements
