    General Manager (Fleet)

    JOB SUMMARY

    Provides leadership, directs and coordinates all transportation, logistics and lease management activities for the company. Responsible for developing operational standards, fleet regulations, policies and procedures, and ensures adherence across departments and functions. Responsible for all company staff, identifying and closing skill gaps amongst employees through on and off the job training to ensure optimum performance, which ultimately will bring about smooth running of company’s operations, goals and long term objectives.

    EDUCATION

    • Bachelor’s degree from a reputation university
    • Master’s degree or professional qualification in Transport and logistics management, fleet management or related courses is an added advantage

    EXPERIENCE

    • 5 to 7 years in an Operations, Logistics and/or
    • Transportation role.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in a managerial role.

    Marketing Manager - Printing Press

    JOB SUMMARY

    Responsible for developing marketing strategies in line with corporate goals and objectives that will lead to sales and revenue generation. Manages the operations team to ensure quality standards are met and delivery to customers are met at all times. Reviews existing operations in line with corporate goals to ensure process optimization.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

    • Develops marketing plan for the company in line with the company’s goals and communicates plan to the sales and marketing team.  Identifies the right media to use in advertising service offerings;
    • Conducts market research in order to come up with implementable marketing strategy;
    • Utilizes data in making informed decisions and projections;  
    • Responsible for designing and planning marketing campaigns;
    • Responsible for coming up with marketing initiatives that will lead to sales while utilizing relevant sales media;
    • Ensures that the sales and marketing team are clear on the direction of the company and monitors performance monthly;
    • Works with the sales and marketing team to ensure that the marketing plan is implemented and translates to sales for the company;
    • Develops and tracks the marketing budget for the company;
    • Reviews current machines and operations – which includes distribution and delivery, to ensure process optimization;
    • Identifies skills gaps with marketing and operations team to ensure necessary learning and development initiatives are identified and implemented;
    • Identifies new business opportunities for the company and responsible for converting these to sales;
    • Manages and maintains good relationship with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals;
    • Oversees the design of the marketing tools and makes presentations to potential clients on service offerings;
    • Promotes the brand of the company by attending networking sessions, conferences and seminars.

    EDUCATION:

    • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field;
    • Master’s degree in Business Management or Marketing is added advantage;

    • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office tools and relevant software;
