    Marketer

    Position Overview:

    • As a Marketing Officer at DemyHealth, you will be responsible for coordinating for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.

     Key Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for ensuring that the sales targets on activations are fully achieved monthly.
    • Developing and implementing commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.
    • Conducting market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development, etc.)
    • Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met and to ensure the maximum retention and immediate conversion of new/potential, clients.
    • Acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing).
    • Function as an experienced business developer / marketer that will add value to our growth and activities by identifying new commercial opportunities and manage marketing efforts.
    • Keep abreast of trends and market conditions to advice upper management strategically.
    • Promote and expand the company’s commercial activities to generate revenues.
    • Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders
    • Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management
    • Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as regional marketing manager or other relevant role
    • Proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients
    • In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis
    • Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
    • Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
    • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Applicants must reside in Anambra
    • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Medical Diagnostic industry.

    Client Service Representative

    Job Summary

    The Client Services Officer will serve as the key contact between patients, healthcare providers, and the organization, ensuring that all clients receive high-quality, timely, and compassionate service. 

    Key Responsibilities

    • Act as the first point of contact for patients, healthcare providers, and partners, addressing inquiries and requests with professionalism and empathy.
    • Coordinate client appointments, service bookings, and follow-ups to ensure smooth and timely delivery of healthcare services.
    • Provide clear and accurate information about healthcare services, test procedures, packages, and billing processes.
    • Handle client concerns, complaints, or service issues promptly, ensuring resolution in line with company policies and healthcare regulations.
    • Collaborate with medical, laboratory, and administrative teams to meet client needs and improve service delivery.
    • Monitor patient feedback to identify areas for service improvement and report trends to management.
    • Maintain accurate client records and service reports using healthcare management systems or CRM tools.
    • Support marketing initiatives by informing clients of new healthcare packages, promotions, or wellness programs.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Medical Laboratory Science, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Experience in client services, patient relations, healthcare administration, or a similar role (1–3 years preferred).
    • Strong understanding of healthcare processes, medical terminology, or laboratory services is an advantage.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
    • Ability to remain professional, calm, and empathetic in sensitive situations.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare CRM or hospital management systems.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced clinical environment.

    Medical Laboratory Technician

    JOB DUTIES

    • Devises and adapts technical procedures and modifies equipment, as needed. Keeps informed of new analytical or manufacturing methods.
    • Receive urine, collect blood or other samples for experimentation and analysis.
    • Maintain equipment and assist in ordering laboratory supplies.
    • Ensure that all safety guidelines are followed strictly at all times and maintain a clean and orderly environment.
    • Organize and store all chemicals substances, fluids and compressed gases according to safety instructions.
    • Record all data and results in specified forms paper and electronic with accuracy and responsibility. Manage and operate laboratory equipment.
    • Test and study blood, urine and other body fluids.
    • Maintain laboratory quality assurance and safety standards

    Administrative Duties:

    • Act as the front-line customer service support for incoming and outgoing calls from customers, clients, potential clients, and doctors/centers for lab results.
    • Participate / support all company\\\\\\\'s marketing and branding campaigns.
    • Coordinate courier services and maintain professional and courteous behavior to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Provide other registration/clerical and billing support as required.
    • Ensure proper housekeeping.
    • Perform all duties and responsibilities with understanding and respect for the patient’s rights and strict confidentiality
    • Perform other related duties as required.

    Requirements / Qualifications

    • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
    • Required: registered with the Medical Laboratory scientist council of Nigeria
    • Must reside in Anambra, Nigeria
