    Sales Specialist- D2B NL (Talent Pipeline)

    • Data2Bots, an IT consulting firm, is looking to engage a strategic and high performing Sales Specialist- Talent Pipeline, to improve sales and drive the expansion of the Data2Bots Talent Pipeline. The Data2Bots Talent Pipeline is a comprehensive three-four months initiative aimed at upskilling, job matching and relocating IT professionals to the Netherlands. To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate extensive experience and knowledge in B2B Sales.

    SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's Degree in any Business related field or Marketing, or similar.
    • Previous experience in talent matching is a plus
    • Must reside in Abuja
    • Previous experience as a Sales Associate, Sales Specialist or in Business Development in a talent placement industry is a plus
    • Advanced knowledge of B2B sales and growth strategy.
    • Experience in identifying profitable B2B sales opportunities and potential customers.
    • Strong understanding of the sales process and excellent at leads generation.
    • Strategic thinker with the capacity to identify opportunities, analyse challenges and propose innovative solutions.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software or sales analytics tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce etc
    • Self motivated and proactive individual who thrives in a fast paced dynamic environment.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Support the team to ensure that Data2Bots Talent pipeline is on top of its game with its strategic innovation.
    • Support the team to create a detailed plan on how each initiative will be implemented.
    • Identify and target new business opportunities, leveraging market research and industry trends.
    • Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and present tailored IT solutions.
    • Conduct proactive lead generation activities, including research, networking, and cold outreach to identify prospective leads.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations to secure long-term partnerships.
    • Utilize various channels such as social media, industry events, and referrals to generate high-quality leads.
    • Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
    • Design and implement workflows, automation, and integrations in HubSpot to streamline sales processes and improve productivity.
    • Configure and maintain user roles, permissions, and access settings in HubSpot.
    • Customize CRM fields, properties, and views to align with business requirements.
    • Develop and maintain a scalable framework for efficiently managing leads, contacts, and deals.
    • Implement sales automation, lead scoring, and nurturing strategies to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
    • Analyze sales data and generate reports to provide insights for decision-making and performance tracking.

    Software Engineer - Siemens PCS7 Specialist

    JOB SUMMARY

    • Data2Bots, an international IT consulting company, is looking for a Software Engineer specialized in Siemens PCS7.  You will provide expert support during the Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) phases. Your role involves ensuring seamless integration, configuration, and commissioning of PCS7 systems, while directly interacting with customers to address and resolve any technical issues that arise during these critical testing stages.

    SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Relevant Siemens certifications in PCS7.
    • Familiarity with industry-specific applications of PCS7 in sectors such as oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, or manufacturing.
    • Extensive experience with Siemens PCS7, including configuration, programming, and troubleshooting.
    • Proven track record of supporting FAT and SAT activities at customer sites.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to quickly diagnose and address technical issues.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with customers and team members.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead and execute comprehensive FAT and SAT activities to verify and validate PCS7 systems according to project specifications and customer requirements.
    • Customise and integrate PCS7 software modules, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with process automation goals.
    • Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues encountered during testing, leveraging your deep understanding of PCS7 architecture and functionality.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during FAT and SAT phases, providing technical expertise, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
    • Maintain detailed documentation of test procedures, results, and any modifications made during FAT and SAT processes
