About the Head of Program Manager position 

We are looking for a program manager to be responsible for organizing programs and activities in our bootcamp. You will be tasked with developing programs to support the organization's strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long term goals. You will also be in charge of developing budgets and operating plans for programs and writing program funding proposals.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have prior experience in both program management and team management. 

Program Manager Responsibilities

• Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
• Maintaining a suitable environment for learning 
• Developing a budget and operating plan for the program 
• Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
• Writing program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services.
• Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
• Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
• Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
• Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
• Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
• Analyzing program risks.
• Working on strategy with the marketing team.

Program Manager Requirements

• HND/Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Proven experience in program management.
• Proven stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience managing a team.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Understanding of project management.

HTML Developer Job Description 

We are looking for an experienced HTML developer to teach the design, coding, and implementation of website projects to our students. 

To be successful as an HTML developer, you should have a good eye for detail and excellent knowledge of front-end technologies. Ultimately a top-notch HTML developer should be proficient in web design, a master coder, and someone with the skills to provide user support.

HTML Tutor  Responsibilities:

• Teach well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
• Teach website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
• Create and maintain software documentation

HTML Developer Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, MIS, or similar.
• At least 3 years' experience as an HTML Developer.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail
• Proven working experience in web programming
• Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS
• Familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages: PHP, ASP.NET, Javascript or Ruby on Rails
• A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices
• Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web application development
