    Team Lead, LPG Retail Sales (North)

    Job Summary

    • The role holder is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding customer relationship, and identifying new business opportunities.

    Job Details

    • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges in the LPG business
    •  Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders. 
    • Identify customer needs, provide product information, and offer solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. 
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the market presence.
    •  Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics
    • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities.

    Requirements
    Education:

    LPG Retail Analyst

    Job Summary

    • The role holder will support the activities of the LPG department nationwide and will specifically gather LPG data from various sources, develop and manage data analysis dashboard for the LPG department, collate and analyse daily sales data from retails outlets, VMIs and plants.

    Job Details

    • Gather LPG data from various sources, including market reports, industry publications, and proprietary databases on daily basis.
    • Develop and manage data analysis dashboard for the LPG department
    • Carry out periodic benchmarking of other competition with the LPG sector 
    • Prepare weekly sales trends report 
    • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
    • Analyse supply and demand factors affecting the LPG market.
    • Assess price trends, develop and maintain quantitative models to predict market behaviour.
    • Identify and evaluate market opportunities and challenges.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Make recommendations to senior management based on findings from analysed data.
    • Work closely with trading, risk management, and business development teams to align analysis with business objectives.

    Requirements
    Education:

    • A Bachelor's Degree in Data Analysis, Economics, Business Administration, Finance or related fields.

    Blow Moulding Shift Operative

    Job Summary

    • The Operatives are the first line of contact and the operators of the extrusion blow moulding and injection moulding machines in the Blow Moulding Section. 
    • The role also requires adherence to safety standards, operational procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements while collaborating with maintenance personnel, blow moulding technical supervisors, and quality assurance departments to achieve operational efficiency.

    Job Details

    • Operate plant/equipment as per specified standard operating procedure (SOP).
    • Prepare equipment for maintenance.
    • Identify issues with plant/equipment and escalate to the maintenance team via the Technical Supervisors.
    • Receipt of raw materials for the planned production cycle/shift from the designated Supply Officer and setting up the production floor prior to commencement of operations.
    • Pack the produced kegs and caps from the quality centre of the blow moulding and injection moulding machines using the plastic trays and cartons respectively for onward storage at the finished goods warehouse.
    • Coordinate with the QAQC Officer for the collection and delivery of process samples for QC laboratory analysis.
    • Participate in incident investigations and process hazard analysis.

    Requirements

    • OND / HND qualification in Mechanical Engineering with 2+ years’ experience in blow moulding or other cognate work experience.
    • QHSSE knowledge
