    Marketing Manager

    This role drives growth and brand visibility through strategic marketing leadership and impactful campaigns, while managing operations and fostering business development. 

    Job Details

    • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals 
    • Conduct market research and apply insights to shape strategy 
    • Plan, launch, and monitor campaigns across digital and traditional channels 
    • Ensure brand consistency and manage daily brand perception efforts 
    • Coordinate with agencies and vendors for effective, cost-efficient campaigns

    Account Officer

    This role ensures the accurate maintenance of financial records in the ERP system, processes transactions, reconciles accounts, and supports budget tracking.  

    Job Details

    • Maintain and update financial records in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and completeness 
    • Process financial transactions, including payments, receipts, and journal entries, in a timely manner 
    • Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial transactions are reflected correctly in the system 
    • Support internal clients (departments) by providing necessary financial information and assistance with budget tracking  
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and local regulations in all financial dealings 
    • Assist in preparing financial reports for management, auditors, and other stakeholders  
    • Respond to queries from external clients regarding invoices, payments, and account statements 
    • Monitor accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely payments and collections  
    • Assist in the preparation of tax returns, audits, and other regulatory filings 
    • Collaborate with the Finance Manager to improve financial processes and increase efficiency  
    • Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records 

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.  
    • 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles.  
    • Experience using ERP systems for financial management   
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.  
    • Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial software tools.  
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.  
    • Good communication skills for working with internal departments and external clients.  
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.  
    • Strong understanding of accounting processes and financial transactions.  
    • Skilled in using ERP systems to manage and track financial data efficiently.  
    • High level of accuracy in managing financial records and reporting.  
    • Ability to provide excellent service to both internal and external clients.

    Production Technician

    This role works with general production materials and equipment, assembling components, and ensuring the smooth operation of the production process.

    Job Details

    • Use basic hand tools effectively to assist in material preparation, assembly, and finishing tasks.
    • Lift and handle materials and components, safely using proper techniques and equipment.
    • Clean and package finished goods according to company standards, ensuring they are ready for delivery to customers.
    • Kit sub-assembly parts for production, ensuring all necessary components are organized and prepared for the next steps.
    • Provide job shadowing and support to team members and other technicians, learning from experienced staff and sharing knowledge as needed.
    • Prepare materials for production and ensure that they meet production requirements.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools, materials, and finished goods are stored properly and that all safety regulations are followed.

    Requirements

    • OND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, Industrial maintenance, or a related field.
    • 0-2 years' experience in a production or manufacturing environment, or a similar industry.
    • Trade Test Certificate will be an added advantage
    • Basic knowledge of hand tools and their safe usage in material handling and preparation tasks.
    • Good communication skills and a willingness to assist and learn from colleagues.
    • Ability to adapt to changing production needs in a fast-paced environment.
