    Team Lead, Retail Sales

    Job Summary

    • The Team Lead, Retail Sales is responsible for executing and managing retail sales strategies aimed at acquiring, retaining, and growing ARM’s retail client base across investments, stockbroking and estate planning services. The ideal candidate will oversee both digital and physical client acquisition channels with focus on a scalable, digital-first retail strategy, driving sales performance, and providing leadership to the retail sales team. The role requires a strong understanding of investment products, stockbroking and estate planning, customer engagement, digital tools, and retail sales team development.

    Job Details

    Sales & Business Development

    • Leverage digital marketing, social media, automation tools, and platform engagement to attract and convert retail prospects.
    • Implement tactical retail sales strategies to acquire and grow the retail client base.
    • Drive client onboarding, cross-selling, and portfolio growth across target segments.
    • Support the achievement of Assets Under Management (AUM) and revenue targets.

    Channel Management

    • Lead retail sales activities through digital platforms and physical channels (e.g., field agents, partners, and relationship managers) with the aim of constantly increasing the ration of digital conversions relative to physical acquisitions.
    • Ensure alignment between digital and traditional teams to deliver a consistent client experience.
    • Promote usage of digital tools and platforms to enhance acquisition and servicing.

    Team Supervision & Development

    • Lead, supervise, and motivate retail sales officers and agents to meet performance targets.
    • Provide coaching, feedback, and performance tracking for the team.
    • Ensure adequate training and development of team members to enhance capabilities

    Client Engagement & Support

    • Ensure excellent client service delivery and quick resolution of client-related issues.
    • Track and manage customer feedback to inform service improvements.
    • Drive customer retention through segmentation and personalized engagement. Collaboration & Execution
    • Work closely with the product, marketing, and digital teams to improve lead generation, conversion, and retention strategies.
    • Contribute insights and market feedback to inform product innovation and market-fit assessments.

    Operational Compliance & Reporting

    • Monitor and ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and risk management procedures.
    • Track team performance, report key metrics (acquisition rates, AUM growth, retention, churn, etc.), and recommend improvements.

    • The Team Lead, Private Wealth Management is responsible for overseeing a team of relationship managers across all ARM Subsidiary businesses dedicated to serving high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs). The role involves driving assets and revenue growth, and ensuring client retention through excellent service standards. The successful candidate will possess deep financial expertise, strong leadership ability, and experience in managing HNWI relationships within a structured wealth management environment

    Job Details

    • Assets and Revenue growth. Drive asset and revenue growth through new client acquisition, client retention, and share of wallet expansion; delivering customized solutions in financial planning, investment management, securities brokerage, and estate planning. 
    •  Client Relationship Management. Serve as a trusted wealth advisor, managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients by delivering tailored investment, brokerage and estate planning solutions. The ideal candidate must also conduct regular client reviews and ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement. 
    • Team Leadership & Performance o Lead, coach, and supervise a high performing team of wealth and relationship focused managers. o Set performance targets and foster a culture of individual and team accountability and client-centricity o Drive internal training and performance reviews to strengthen expertise in investment advisory, wealth management, and team professional development.
