Role Overview

• We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Officer with a passion for technology, problem-solving, and customer service.
• You will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:

• Provide first-line technical support to staff via phone, email, or in person.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues (e.g., connectivity, login, and system errors).
• Assist in setting up new user accounts, profiles, and access permissions.
• Support the maintenance of IT assets, inventory, and documentation.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security best practices.

Requirements
What You’ll Need: 

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Previous internship or work experience in IT support.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

• We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Platform Support Officer. The role focuses on ensuring the smooth operation, monitoring, and support of our technology platforms.
• You will serve as the first point of contact for platform-related issues, supporting internal teams, external partners, and customers to ensure optimal platform performance and user experience.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:

• Monitor platform performance and system health on a daily basis.
• Provide first and second-level support for platform-related issues.
• Respond to user inquiries, troubleshoot errors, and escalate complex issues to the technical team.
• Document, track, and resolve incidents using ticketing systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and IT teams to resolve recurring issues.
• Assist in testing platform updates, enhancements, and bug fixes before deployment.
• Prepare and maintain knowledge base articles and user guides.
• Support onboarding of new users onto the platform.
• Ensure compliance with platform policies, SLAs, and security standards.

Requirements
What You’ll Need: 

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Basic understanding of web-based applications, APIs, and databases.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical users.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., Jira) is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
