    Inventory & Storekeeper (Hotel)

    About the Role

    • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory & Storekeeper to manage the hotel's inventory, stores, and stock control processes.
    • The successful candidate will ensure the efficient receipt, storage, issuance, and monitoring of all hotel supplies while maintaining accurate inventory records.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming goods and supplies.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement reports.
    • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of items.
    • Issue materials and supplies to departments in accordance with approved requisitions.
    • Conduct regular stock counts and periodic inventory audits.
    • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of inventory items.
    • Track and report damaged, expired, or obsolete stock.
    • Reconcile physical inventory with inventory management records.
    • Collaborate with Procurement and Finance departments to ensure inventory accuracy.
    • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of all store areas.
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an OND/HND/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
    • Must have 2–3 years' experience in inventory management or storekeeping, preferably within the hospitality industry.
    • Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
    • Strong numerical, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
    • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
