    Inventory Specialist/Store- Keeper

    Job Purpose 

    To ensure accurate receipt, storage, and issuance of stock while maintaining proper inventory records and preventing loss or damage.

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock and supplies
    • Issue materials and products according to approved requests
    • Maintain accurate inventory records (manual or electronic)
    • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of goods
    • Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies
    • Monitor stock levels and inform management of re-order needs
    • Ensure the store is clean, safe, and well organized
    • Prevent loss, damage, or theft of stock
    • Prepare basic inventory and stock movement reports

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 

    • Maintain 98–100% inventory accuracy between physical stock and records
    • Ensure 95% or higher stock availability for key items
    • Keep stock loss/shrinkage within 1–2% of total inventory value
    • Record all stock receipts and issues on the same day
    • Complete 100% of scheduled stock counts monthly
    • Monitor reorder levels and raise restock alerts on time
    • Maintain proper store organization, labeling, and cleanliness
    • Achieve 99% accuracy in issuing stock to departments or customers
    • Keep stock damage rate below 1% through proper handling
    • Submit all inventory reports on time and accurately

    Qualifications & Experience 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field 2-3 years  store keeping and inventory experience in FMCG or consumer electronics 
    • Minimum of 2 years in an inventory role
    • Proven experience managing stores  and inventory

    • Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities 
    • Analytical and data-driven decision-making 
    • High execution discipline and results orientation 
    • Willingness to travel extensively within the region
