    Inventory Control Supervisor

    Job Description

    • As an Inventory Control Supervisor, you are responsible for managing the company inventory, implementing, and maintaining inventory control procedures to meet company goals.
    • Developing and implementing inventory control systems and practices.
    • Perform counts and ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported according to company policy.
    • Assess inventory output on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to identify trends in productivity.
    • Manage cycle counts of product inventories regularly.
    • Monitor delivery schedule and customer's orders.
    • File claims when defective products are discovered.
    • Check data-sensitive products for expiration and facilitate removal or transfer of products as needed.
    • Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions and reports.
    • Assist in Preparing for Audits.
    • Proactively identify, track, and report inventory issues.
    • Maintain inventory files of products.
    • Investigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all inventory.
    • Train inventory officers as required
    • Meet delivery timelines.

    Requirements and Skills

    • Bachelor's Degree / HND in Accounting, Business Administration, or Logistics.
    • 3 - 5 years experience as an Inventory Control Supervisor.
    • Exceptional understanding of Inventory Management practices such as ABC analysis and cycle counting.
    • Excellent knowledge of inventory management software applications.
    • Excellent Interpersonal and time management skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Delivery Driver

    Job Description

    • As a Delivery Driver, you are responsible for transporting products from the warehouse location and dropping off at different designated locations.
    • Arrive at designated customer locations on time.
    • Delivering cartons and bags of products which involves loading and offloading when you get to your destinations.
    • Use navigation applications to determine the best route.
    • Interact with customers professionally at all times.

    Requirements and Skills

    • A valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving experience in an FMCG company.
    • Have a delivery van / bus for delivery (not compulsory)
    • Physical Ability to load and offload products.

    Remuneration

    • 1% on the value of all delivered and paid deliveries.
    • Earn #200 for each kilometer covered based on your mileage.
